Got a Talbuk, and a clefthoof from Nagrand. May get a gazelle. Do not plan on the hydra, its just plain ugly!!

I and a guildie have both successfully tamed Ban'thalos by using the statue. Fly up, target Ban'thalos, wait for Ban'thalos to be on the left (lower, closer) part of the circular flight path, dismount and shoot very quickly. The trick is to get the height right, to survive the fall.

I went for SilverDragon, as this addon has an option to clear cache. The feature I like is that once the scanner has found a beast, that beast ID is kept "live". I can look for the beast again, without clearing caches and whatnot.

I have the stunning Amethyst Scarab from Uldum.
Its a good pet to go walkabout with, because of the colours, but the size of the beetle puts me off a bit. Its pretty big!
Are all the beetles this big? I can see that the size of this pet would be a problem in groups.
