Went into 10 man Blackrock foundry (wouldn't let me go using the garrison LFR queue NPC - didn't meet requirements so don't think those have been changed to take account of ilvl squish) and couldn't even kill one of the first four mobs. I had 19000 health and the mob's lava burst was one shotting me...
