Don't caster pets benefit from our RAP? Or was that just wind serpents in general back in vanilla?

Are wind serpents and scorpid damage effected by our RAP?

I know in vanilla they were and then wind serpents was needed but still used RAP and the scorpids were nerfed

Can't find any info on this for classic though.
