What about Teremus the Devourer? I just got to 15 (don't sue me I'm new) and couldn't tame him. Is this a level thing or do I have to get him to a certain health? If I can't tame him, is there some dragon-ish thing I can tame?

So I know that he technically isn't a rare but I'd thought I'd check here first. You know Our timeline's Rend Blackhand? He has a drake that you fight called Gyth and I'm wondering if he's tamable, if so, how do I get to the OG Blackrock spire? Thanks
