Minor bat skin change
While questing through the western plaguelands on my druid alt, I noticed the red-winged Plaguebats now have red eyes. I checked the other skins, and some of them have been changed as well:
The grey bats keep their original green eyes, but the other three have changed. It's probably been like this since 4.03a launched, it's just such a minor change that few people noticed.

Interesting! Petopia has the old eyes still (as you'd expect... nobody would have thought they'd change). Wowhead (non-PTR) model viewer has the new eyes, so it must have been around for 4.0.3. Well spotted

Ah, I noticed that. I actually like it, especially the blue eyes for the white model. I might even tame one again, just for that!

Looking more closely at a bat in Tirisfal, it looks like their skin has been modernized a bit--the texture on the claws looks smoothed out a bit. Could be my imagination though, what do you guys think?

Just a stab in the dark, but may have something to do with the new troll flight form being a bat. The previous model and textures may not have been up to scatch of that of the other epic flight forms. That and if they plan of porting across alot of the model, it would be needed. And with them finally coming out and saying that it will be avalible this patch, it would make sence.
