Input needed: "Instance Taming Bug" NPCs

This thread is for listing NPCs that are flagged tameable but cannot be due to that instance taming bug.

Also a list of ones that seem to be tameable on some difficulties but not others.

Currently I don't know of any that weren't fixed. Yay! (There used to be a list here but it was deleted as they were fixed)

Since many dungeon tames finally got fixed, the nighthold scorpid has a couple bugs, run animations and the missing stinger since their ability is deadly sting, and if there are other bugs, we should put them here too

Thanks to the efforts of others in the 9.1 thread here, the following have been confirmed tameable in the upcoming patch, assuming nothing changes:
- Acidmaw Scorpid (Has missing assets)
- Amber Parasite
- Crystalline Scorpid (both versions, has missing assets)
- Dreadfang Slitherer
- Dreadfang Slitherer
- Kovok
- Mist Hound
- Ohgan (Uses a new model not shown on petopia!)
- Rageface
- Raigonn (full form, broken form unavailable)
- Riplimb
- Shalebiter (retains its name for some reason)
- Skorpyron (Has missing assets)
- Venomous Spiderling (version found by the first trash pack in the room)
- Volatile Scorpid (Has missing assets)

Hell Hound is tamable.

Zian-Ti Serpent is still not tamable.

Tavok, Hammer of the Empress is still not tamable.

Dreadfang Viper and Dreadfang Slitherer are now tamable. Makes a noise when clicked.

Zian-Ti Cloudbreaker is still not tamable.

Wall-Breaker Ha'vik is still not tamable.

Dreadfang Snake is still not tamable.

Giant Dreadfang is now tamable. Makes a noise when clicked.

Risen Hound is still not tamable.

Mist Hound is now tamable.

Blackrock Foundry:
- Ironcrusher is tameable, and keeps its name when tamed.

The Arcway:
- Enchanted Broodling is tameable.
- Vicious Manafang (dangling ones from trash packs) is tameable.
- Taming any of the above two causes Nal'tira to bug out and not descend when the rest are killed. Had to reset the instance.
- Vicious Manafang (boss add) is tameable.

Vault of the Wardens:
- Barbed Spiderling is tameable.

I'll check Maw of Souls when Shroudseeker's world quest is up.

Skeletal Hound in Return to Karazhan is tamable.

Skeletal Hunting Raptor is tamable.

Shroudseeker is already known as tameable on wowhead since at least November 4th 2020, though it keeps its name now.
Shroudseeker's Shadow is flagged tameable, but is considered a minion that is already being controlled. You can not tame it.

I spent a bit of time testing out things that remain and have reduced the list to a small number now.

Of the things left, most are in Island Expeditions (which I can't queue for and may require the right weeks for them to appear), and one is in Antorus (which seems to be closed on the PTR as it was in the Beta )

Valnaaros has created a list of IE bugged tames that we missed, so I'll put that up tomorrow.

Just an update: we need to revisit this issue as I never got around to compiling a list of "partially tameable" instance pets, i.e. ones that are currently tameable only in certain difficulties (usually normal / 10 normal).

Some I can think of:
Precious (Naxx)
Stinky (Naxx)
Gluth (Naxx)
Tsulong (Terrace of Endless Spring)
Fel Steed (SFK)
Gorestained Piglet (Waycrest)
Azure Serpent (Shado-Pan Monastery)

Are there any others?

I haven't had time to test them on the PTR yet, so I'm unsure if they were fixed. They definitely weren't on our bug list, though.

Update: Tsulong can be tamed in Heroic 25 on the PTR. So maybe it's fixed, despite not being included in our bug list.
Azure Serpent can be tamed in Heroic as well.

We still can't do them solo. But generally it is pretty fast getting in if you just queue for normal. You don't need a premade group for it.

Also, not sure if you noticed, but low levels absolutely murder anything they attack. Level 10 hunter just instagibbed a rare elite. Good thing I break off and avoid being near them.
