Watched MLP: FiM Ep. 1 just now. Thoughts are as follows: Once I got over the initial "I'm watching MLP derp." it wasn't too bad. While I'm not all "OMG PONIES <3", I'm willing to watch more of it.

Summary: It was okay.

Well, drats. And I'm looking forward to Discord in S2. Ah well.

Heh, that's how I was/sort of am, Azu. Though I admit I really really enjoy watching the show. Mostly because of the fact that I don't need to worry about the plot, because it's pretty predictable. xD

Also, has anyone else noticed an odd change in the animation lately? Pony expressions - especially wide smiles - seem different.

It's proberly who's the animation director on that certain eppisode those things happen as in they want them to look like that. Most shows have like 3 plus epps being made at a time so they useally have a differnt director. Or it could just be a simple style change.

EDIT: But yes I do agree I've seen the change too.
