Sooo Olm is pretty much awesome now huh? I tamed him (her when she was renamed) A long time back and released her..now I wish I didn't!! Can you still get Olm orrr no?

Olm has been MIA since Cata hit, so as far as I know there's no way to tame him before Tuesday. That said, you could always put in a GM ticket to have your old Olm restored. If you ask nicely and manage to catch a GM who's in a good mood, you may be able to bypass all the camping. :]

Can I get a confirmation on Living Fossil in Wetlands? They're skeletal raptors, incorrectly flagged as undead, and would be awesome pets.

Why incorrectly? They are undead, aren't they? But really, when you say confirmation--has someone said they're beasts now? :O I'd tame one.

Oh no, it's just wishful thinking on my part that a beast that acts like ones we have, dead or alive, is tamable. We do have zombies for pets, after all! I was almost tempted to do a minor model edit on my end to change a raptor I tamed to look skeletal til I could actually get one, but decided against it. It's not tamable on live, sadly, and I doubt it'd be tamable at all, but there's always hope since Olm is now a ghost out of nowhere, new skins from nowhere, etc.

I had an Olm back in TBC but he got released when the NE druid flight form birds became tamable in BEM (It got named after my druid as a joke). Think that's too far back for a restore?

OMG RAVASAUR MATRIACH IS TAMEABLE! I had a hunch to go and look for her since the queen was tameable now.. yes yes I know its the green raptor you can get it regular skin and you know there are alot of new skins.. but for soo soo long I wanted her cause the green is my fave and now you can tame her!!

So guys keep checking for some rares who disppeared or couldnt be tamed cause they may be now!

Zaricotl (god i hope i spelled him correctly) is now using the white old world vulture skin;) had him in stables on my worgen hunter;)

Broken tooth and Barnabus as for now still have their old skinns.

Question is, can they still be tamed? No one has seen them since Cata.

I think the rares we couldnt find before are going to "pop up" somewhere, they probably havent been implemented in gmae yet. Ive been looking for broken tooth but nothing. Hayoc is still the same, no rare ive found in bad lands yet. Looked everywhere for Olm but nadda.. wish I didnt release my Araga on Sas.. but we will see if these old rares just come into existence again.

@ Sasrei: That's actually pretty exciting for me. For whatever the reason I tend to click more with rare mobs regardless of how unique their skins are, so the matriarch might be a good fit for me. Also I love the squinty eyes on that model.

@Congafury: I've been waiting for that carrion bird model to pop up since I knew it existed. I haven't been this excited for a pet in a long, long time. Here's to hoping I don't have too much trouble snagging him on Tuesday.

Evandelle, you can do as Kurasu did and ticket GMs until one restores Olm to you. He managed to pull it off.
