More News: New Effects for old abilities!

1: Stench: A Pokemon with Stench now has a chance to flinch the opponent if the opponent is hit by Physical Contact

2: Sturdy: Sturdy will now protect the pokemon from ANY attack that would OHKO it, even if the move isn't a OHKO attack...as long as the Sturdy pokemon has full hp. Its like having a Focus Sash only with a free space to give the pokemon something else.

3: Lightningrod: Lightningrod not only draws electric attacks to the pokemon, but now will grant electric immunity and raises Special Attack of the Lightningrod'er if an electric attack is used.

4: Storm Drain: Same as Lightningrod, but with water attacks.

5: Keen Eye: Reduces the chance of seeing a wild pokemon below the Keen Eye'er's level. Still retains in-battle effect (no accuracy loss)

6: Plus and Minus: Now raises the Special Attack of the partner whether it has the opposite ability or not.

New Abilities in 5th gen (long list so be ready!):

1:Wicked Thief: If hit by physical contact, you steal the opponent's item

2: Encourage: Your attacks hit harder but no longer have secondary effects

3: Perversity: You reverse changes to your stats

4: Tension: Opponent can't eat berries.

5: Competitive Spirit: Attack rises as other stats are lowered.

6: Faint Hearted: Attack decreases if HP drops below half

7: Cursed Body: If attacked, you may disable the opponent's attack

8: Healing Heart: Occassionally heals teammate's status problem

9: Friend Card: Lowers damage taken by teammate

10: Breakable Armor: if hit by physical attacks (maybe contact), Attack is lowered, Speed is increased

11: Heavy Metal: Your Weight is doubled

12: Light Metal: Your Weight is halved

13: Multi-scale: Damage taken decreased if you are at full health

14: Poison Rampage: Power of Physical Attacks increased if Poisoned (only Dream World Zangoose has this ability)

15: Heat Rampage: Power of Special Attacks increased if Burned

16: Harvest: You can use the same berry infinitely in one battle

17: Telepathy: You are immune to friendly fire (can't be hit by teammates)

18: Inconsistent: Stats rise and lower randomly

19: Dust-proof: Can't be hurt by weather

20: Poison Hand: Poisons the opponent if hit with Physical Contact

21: Regeneration: Hp is restored when you switch out

22: Pigeon Heart: Defense can't be lowered

23: Sand Throw: Speed rises in Sandstorm

24: Miracle Skin: Your body makes it difficult to take stat altering moves

25: Analyse: If you attack last...your attack hits harder

26: Illusion: You transform into the Pokemon behind you before you appear in battle

27: Eccentric: You transform into the pokemon in front of you (CAN be opponent)

28: Slip Through: Attacks not effected by Reflect Light Screen and possibly Protect and Detect

29: Mummy: If hit by Physical Contact, opponent's ability becomes Mummy

30: Overconfidence: Attack rises if opponent faints

31: Heart of Justice: Attack rises if a Dark type attack hits you

32: Self-conscious: Speed is raised when near something you are self-conscious around (opposite gender perhaps?)

33: Magic Mirror: Reflects stat changing moves

34: Herbivore: Attack increased if hit by Grass type attack

35: Mischevious Heart: Your Non-damaging Attacks go first in battle

36: Sand Strength: Power of certain attacks increased in Sandstorms

37: Steel Thorns: If hit by Physical Contact, opponrnt takes damage

38: Daruma mode: Transforms Hihidaruma when hp is below half (new form is Fire/Psychic type)

39: Victory Star: You and your teammates have increased accuracy

40: Turbo Blaze: Your attacks ignore opponent's ability

41: Tera Voltage: Same as Turbo Blaze

...I am very telanted...intsead of ordering one copy of pokemon white, I accidently ordered 2...so now I am trying to contact the Play-Asia to see if I can send one back and trade it for a pokemon Black version...we'll see, if not, my Friend Susan might buy the extra one off me.

So, my party consists of: The water Otter (lutra), the Dark kitty (Noir) (hard to use cuz it only know scratch for the longest time), the puppy (smity) (omg he's awsome!) and the fire monkey (pyape) (he's niffty).
I am on my way to chellange the first gym leader, and my party is lv10, and my starter is lv 12.

Things that stand out with the new game: Graphics are much improved, everything is much more detailed, even the ground. The wind blows across the side grass (different from the grass that random encounters can be found in). Buildings are 3D, and the camera angle changes to pan around when I enter a building. The music and sounds are verymuch improved.

The battles are a nice change as things pan out when you throw in your pokemon, and then zoom in for the battle. the constant animation of the pokemon is great, I like smity's puppy antics!

Aaaaaaand low and behold.. I've come up with MORE teams for Black and White! (.. Yeah, I'm gonna get two copies of each. XD)

Soo, second White team is: Emboar, Wargle, Berunkeru (GHOST TYPE <3), Kirikizan, Hahakurimo and Tsunbeaa.

Aaand second Black team is: Abagoora (No starter for this team~!), Kokoromori, Desukan (GHOST TYPE <3 <3 <3), Kuitaran, Denchura and Ononokusu.

... What? I like thinking of new teams XD

Managed to beat the gym leader, and got myself a munna...put it in my box, tamed that fairy-like one, tossed it in the daycare, not to fond of those ones, but hey, got to catch'em all!!
added the pigeon (Citya) and Horse (Sleph) to my team, and my water otter evolved and also leared its signature shell tossing move!
Battled the male rival, and beat him, now just lving up my two new ones before heading into the cave!

Apparently in the anime...Ash's first 5th gen poke will be the Pigeon thing (Mamepato)

Jessie will add Koromori (puffball bat)) to her team.


Also, for the first time EVER....MAGIKARP IS NOT FISHABLE IN ISSHU! Instead you have to buy one for 500 bucks from a dude on something called Wonder Bridge.

Also also, TENTACOOL AND TENTACRUEL WILL NOT ATTACK DURING SURFING!

But the losses of wild magikarp and Tentacool come at one glaring cost: This is the FIRST generation with NO wild Pikachu! I repeat...NO PIKACHU!

YAY, After how many years, finally free of Zubats and tantacool evo's!!! No wild Pikachu's? No problem!! lol...but I will miss Riachu I wonder though if they might be found later in the dream world...the way it looks like its being set up to work, they can easily add new pokemon.

however, caves are now filled with those Heart/bats, and those rock/eye thingy's...the new zubat/geodudes of Issu! I wonder what will be replacing tentacool/cruel for surfing...

Apparently Geodudes and Zubats appear in the wild somewhere in the game.

Pikachus ARE in dreamworld...so are Tentacools.

well, older generations will start making an appearance in game once the elite is beat (or main story is done), until then its just the newest pokemon to be seen.

my yoterrie has the ability pick-up, and seems to mostly pick up stat heal items, and my rock/eye thing has an ability that prevents 1hit KO, and seems to raise a stat as well.

Dark grass have stronger pokemon and the chance of double-battles, while light green grass is normal singles battles.

Serebii has also posted in thier pokedex, sprites of the "Shiny" versions of the new pokemon YAY for more shinies!!!!!

The Rock-eye Cannonball Runner things seem to be a full on Geodude replacement...look at the similarities:

1: Both mainly Rock types (though Geodude is half Ground)

2: Both have a 3 stage evolution line

3: Both evolve once at lvl 25 and again via trading

4: Both learn explosion via Level up

5: Both found in caves

6: Both are round in base form
