Rise of the Shadows!

[Lupis]

Summer looked around, feeling unusually cold and lonely without Sosa. That was strange. She sighed, taking the owlet Hallow from her back and holding him close to her chest. She didn't love the baby like she had to admit she loved Sosa, but she couldn't imagine letting the little thing get hurt. Or lonely. Or sad. Or have a single bad thought in his tiny head.
She wondered if this was how Scarab felt about Hands, but she was sure that was more of a "business partners" kind of thing. Scarab had only accepted the help of Hands because scythes didn't have much dexterity. At least, that was the story she had heard. Maybe, she mused, Scarab had found Hands as a young, lost Dusk and had taken her under his wing? If so, then she was his greatest weakness. Yet, she couldn't imagine trying to exploit it. Not knowing how attached to Hallow she was.

[Kira]

Kyuu smiled and nodded, feeling a bit better. She glanced at Remi, who was poking around a bit, his tail flicking behind him.
Remi peeked around at everyone, still a bit wobbly on his feet. A squeak left him as he tripped and fell on his face, a sniff leaving him. "Owies.."

Sosa padded back to Summer quietly, his tail filcking once or twice. "Hope I'm not interupting."

[Magnakilro]

Arachne held Electro close to her body, hugging tightly. She began to cry, the voices really got to her.

[Kamalia]

"Rocks are hard," Julius stated, shaking his paw with a wince. "I guess I should stick to the watery stuff for now, huh?"

[Magnakilro]

Zap giggled, "Yeah.."

He looked at the rock. Electricity charged in his cheeks as he fired a Thunderbolt at it, leaving the rock charred black.

[Kamalia]

"Ooh." Julius grinned, smoothing his slightly static-y fur down. "Wish I could do that. Too bad electricity is bad for us water-types!"

[Magnakilro]

"Can you do this?" asked Zap as he struck a tree with Iron Tail.

[Kamalia]

The Buizel tilted his head, thoughtful. "Maybe..." He stuck his tongue out as he concentrated, his rump in the air. He felt his tails grow slightly heavier and he flung himself at the tree, swinging himself around to strike at the trunk with his tails. He heard a small, metallic-sounding chunk as they made contact. He looked behind him to see two shallow indents in the shape of a lopsided V. "I did it! I did it!" He jumped around excitedly. "I mean, it didn't seem that strong, but I did it!"

[Magnakilro]

"YAY!" Zap said as he hopped up and down.

"Now try this!"

He focused....his scythe began to glow as he smashed it into a tree, leaving a dent.

Zap used Focus Punch

[Lupis]

Summer jumped slightly at Sosa's approach, then purred. "No! Not at all. Just thinking. Any news?"

[Magnakilro]

Soundwave nodded and grabbed a few Nomel berries. He placed them in front of Solara.

[Kamalia]

"Whoa." Julius stared at the dent nervously. "I dunno, Zap... I'm not so good with the punching stuff..." He held up his still-sore paw as evidence.

[Kira]

Sosa smiled and came to a stop by her. "Well, Ciro was attacked by some ghost. It seems like the Espeon and Yanmega are together. And there's a new child."

[Lupis]

Summer smiled. "Solara got together with someone? Good. I hope Ciro is okay." She pawed at the water, freezing the droplets that splashed up. Without thinking about it, she formed ice shards in the air, then melted them with a blush as she realized she had been making a floating ice statue of an absol. Uh, yeah. Nothing to see here.

[Kira]

Sosa moved over and took a little drink from the water before he glanced around.

Theia giggled as she watched Zap and Julius. At least they could Fight!

[Magnakilro]

Zap ran over to Theia, "You wanna play with us?"

[Kira]

Theia shook her head, blushing a little bit. "I can't really fight..I'm not good at it."

[Magnakilro]

"But but but....Its no fun if you don't play..." Zap whined.

[Azunara]

Solara brightened, happily taking one and eating it, enjoying the sharp, sour taste.

[Lupis]

Summer watched Sosa, then smiled to herself and flicked a bit of water off her paw at him. She quickly looked away with her paw at her side, hoping not to be noticed.

Scarab nodded at the team. "Go when you are ready."
