Rise of the Shadows!

Daray ran a hand over his face as he looked around the fairly deserted cave. He frowned as he heard a little crack and looked over at the eggs, feeling his heart sink. He focused on the others and faded to the Reverse World, then appeared near the healing group. "Where's Deoxys?"

[Lupis]

Vulture tilted his head back to talk to Gamin as he flew. "By the way... Look, you probably noticed, but the boss is acting a little strange. Ever since Hands was taken, actually. If you want to stay safe, I'd suggest not attacking the Scientist, and not doing something stupid. Unless the Dawn follow, he wants things to quiet down for a while. I think he has a plan." He tilted his wings to catch a rising column of warm air and turned back to the city.

Scarab was perfectly happy to leave the rest of the Dusk to fight. That state of mind actually made him feel slightly sick, but the voices passed it off as adrenaline. He did hesitate a moment before getting on Carrion's back to escape, though - he was sure he was forgetting someone. Hmm. The hesitation lasted only a heartbeat, and he swung himself on to the Charizard's back. Carrion prepared to take flight, glad he was out in empty forest without Dawn clawing at his heels.

The Armaldo screeched as it was hit by the ice beam, but continued attacking, this time lunging at Ketsin with its claws waving.

Ditto-Scarab wasn't that fast. He screeched as he was hit, falling back with a lame swipe at Cro's eyes.

((DUSK MAGIKARP! That'd be amazing XD))

((.... *Looks at Solara* I say feel free to do that. ... YES I AM CRUEL MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! *Gets mauled by Ghost* ... But yes. I say go right ahead on that XD Just imagine the drama THAT would cause! And.. If that DOES happen.. I vote for a Dusk Rust XD *Flails as Ghost bites her hand off*))

Rust squeaked, shaking his head. He looked up at Solara and squeaked again, wagging his tail.

[Kamalia]

"He went to avenge Delora," Molly replied quietly, looking up from Olivia to Daray. "Their children and Cro went as well."

[Azunara]

Cro seemed rather unfazed, snapping his jaws and slashing with his claws.

Cro used Metal Claw!

((Nah, Sol isn't giving into Dusk curse yet. Soundwave's been keeping her pretty sane. But I will keep this in mind if Sol ever becomes Dusk once more. Scarab wouldn't likely approve of Sol, but still. The Voices would be gung-ho for it. xD))


Solara looked at Rust warily. "Look, kid. I'm not good with kids. You'd be better off finding a new playmate, I'd probably end up doing something stupid and hurting you. Then your mom, or me, wouldn't be forgive me. So yeah..."

[Kira]

Daray winced and shook his head. "Damn it." He sighed and ran his hand over his face again. "I took her to the others, so she's alright...she said something about Hands not being Scarab's weakness...and I just came from the cave...their egg is hatching."

Ketsin pushed up a Safeguard, his shields starting to waver.
"Leave my little brother alone!" Ciro snarled as he charged at the Armaldo.
Ciro used Zen Headbutt!

[Senna-Umbreon]

((Aw phooey. Then again.. I think I've kind of tortured Ghost enough lately XD *Looks at where her hand was bitten off by Ghost* .. Ow.))

Rust tilted his head, looking up at Solara curiously, "Meep?"

[Azunara]

"You don't understand, do you?" She sighed darkly. Arceus.

[Senna-Umbreon]

"Meep...." Rust squeaked quietly, slowly starting to back up.

[Lupis]

Hands, who had been knocked out until now, began to wake up. She hooted groggily and instinctively tried to look around despite being blind.

Ditto-Scarab shrieked, then began to laugh horribly. "Fool! Fool, idiot! Scarab fights other foes, not some pathetic whelp!" He gestured towards Deoxys and the others, the opposite way that Scarab had gone. He collapsed, his form fading back into that of a blob-like Ditto.

Carrion was in the air, and headed towards the abandoned city. Scarab was safe on his back. That Dusk, he was sure, was over. But that Dusk was imperfect, faulted. He had a chance to make it stronger.

The Armaldo hardened its scales, keeping itself somewhat safe from the attack. He spun and lashed at Ciro.
Armaldo uses x-scissor!

((Scarab wouldn't trust her, but he'd probably welcome her if she didn't go calling attention to herself. >.> He hates her, but the Voices think she's got potential.))

[Kira]

Ciro eeped and jumped back as best he could, his own safe guard protecting himself even if he got hit. He opened his mouth again, another Ice Beam blasting the Armaldo.
Theia healed all of her brothers, starting to feel a bit tired.

[Azunara]

Solara nodded satisfactorily. It was good for the kid that he just avoided her. One mistake, a little bit of rough housing and playing around and the next thing she'd know, she'd infect Rust. Besides, the Voices enjoyed taunting her, telling her to kill the kid or kidnap it. She hissed quietly, returning to Soundwave's side and lying down, head on her paws, watching Rust flee. Good.

((Hey, if Sol ever looses control, we'll see what happens. Of course, at this point, it's going to take a lot for Sol to lose that much control. She's getting a handle on battles, and she's rather numb to most deaths...Whee. Time to press Sol's buttons, huh?))

Cro growled in frustration. "What?" He hissed, whining. He snarled at the ditto thing and ran for his father and his siblings, joining the fight to help them.

[Moonlost]

Dusk Primeape growled at Cro from a distance. As a last act of defiance, he grabbed the Magikarp he had thrown at Deoxys earlier and hurled it at the small dragon. He then ran off to the city. The Dusk Magicarp looked quite cross, and flailed about pathetically ferociously at Cro.

Gamin moved so he was holding Seventeen in place using his right paw, leaving his mouth free to talk.
"Thought somethin' was up." He called out over the wind. "I have no quarrel with the human. Can't say the same fer Seventeen here, but I don't think she'll be doin' much for a few days." He looked down at the unconsious Manectric. Her breathing was better now, thank Arceus. He was still worried though.

[Kamalia]

"Oh, dear." Molly shook her head wearily, then tried to reach out to Deoxys or his children. Your newest family member is about to come into the world... please, you need to hurry!
"Rust?" Julius sat down and called the Cranivee's name as he backed away from Solara.

[Senna-Umbreon]

Rust squeaked and ran over to Julius, ears drooping and tail pinned between his legs.

[Azunara]

Cro paused in his steps as a dark colored fish flew through the air. "What the?" He snarled, poking the flopping fish. He at least heard Molly, but wasn't sure how to reply. He leaped over to his siblings, adding his own shields to Ketsin's to help him.

Cro used Protect!

Solara felt guilty. Ish. Now, and the Voices cackled, "You know, you might not be fully Dusk, kitty, but you're still pretty evil here. Scaring little kids. Nice one!" Solara snarled darkly at them to shut up.

[Kira]

Ketsin looked at Cro and gave him a smile before he looked at his other siblings. "We have to get back!"
Theia nodded, taking a break from her healing. Thank you for letting us know Miss Molly! We'll get back as soon as we can!
Ciro let out a whine before he looked up at his father. "Dad! Dad, we have to leave!"

(( *Waits impatiently for Magna to show up again* ))

[Lupis]

Vulture nodded and continued flying. "How's she doing? She looked pretty messed up. And I'll tell Scarab that Insins should probably avoid her, but he knows that already."

The Armaldo hardened again, but the pain was really getting to it. It threw large rocks at Theia.

[Azunara]

Cro snarled, leaping in defense of Theia and taking the attack, retaliating it with steel claws.

Julius leaned forward and gave Rust a quick nuzzle to try an comfort him. "Solara just doesn't feel like playing right now."
Molly nodded with some satisfaction. "They got the message."
