Power going out at random in Kanata, is getting old fast. It's highly annoying. It's even worse when it comes back for a few seconds and then poof! It's gone again.. I just unplugged everything at that point.. Going to kill my electronics coming on and off like that. Using the laptop and phone 3g connection right now to give myself something to in the dark.

So, I want to play Mass Effect 2 again. Mostly because ME2 is awesome on toast, but also because I lost my previous ME2 save thanks to our old Xbox 360 dying. The one problem is that I kinda feel guilty skipping Mass Effect 1, I mean, it feels like I'm skipping a few chapters of a story just to get to the good parts.
But I *really* hate Mass Effect 1. I mean, it has a pretty awesome story, that's not my problem. So many of the little side missions just feel so cookie-cutter and boring. Not to mention the Mako sections are just terrible. Urgh. There are about a hundred other things I'd rather do than play through ME 1 again.

My room smells and I'm pretty sure it's the dust from the concrete, that was cut to put my window in the wall. Plus it's been raining and cold outside so I can't open the window in an attempt to air out the room.

Stupid dps that think that I care what they think. Was in Blood furnace on my DK (lv 61) Tank was going slow and having internet issues, healer was getting bored and wanted the pace to pick up, so I started pulling, tank didnt object, healer didnt object. I'd pull and then the tank would pick them up. At boss tank completelly lagged out for a 2min long moonwalk, in the meantime I pulled the boss and easily tank him, done in 10sec lol. Waited for tank to sort himself out. we cont. on, I get a whisper from lil lock dps asking why I am pulling. DK's kinds an atempt at rp, so I respond with "impatient" he proceeded to call me "noob cake" and do the /chicken spam around me for several minutes, I /yawn at him and cont. with what I am doing. I was tempted to point out that I was easily at the top of the dps chart while he was noticable dead last, but, since my character doesnt bother with nobodies, I ignored him. at the end of the run I /saluted everyone and /yawned at him.

I just hate dps that whine and bitch and are really annoying when no-one of importance (tank/healer) are complaining.

(NOTE!!! From my RP characters perspective, only tanks/healers are somebodies to him, other dps are minor inconviniences or no-bodies. this does not reflect MY view on dps'ers (hell, I know dps are the backbones of the group...tank are fodder and healers are gods lol j/k)

It's chewing at me again. I admit seeing my boyfriend's pony suddenly being RPed romantically with a different Pony while mine sits there unused leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's just roleplay, though, right? Right? It doesn't feel like it, but it's so, so stupid to make a fuss over it because it's just a game. A game he and his friends are all involved in and I'm...not. It just feels wrong to jump in guns blazing and crack down on something that is potentially in bad taste but otherwise not really worth attacking.

I pretty much made that Pony for him, going by what he described and tweaking the colors and attitude and accessories until he liked it. And then he got lots of attention from me, and then some random Pinkie Pie roleplayer comes out of nowhere on the forums and it's like he's leading a double life, and it just feels awkward drawing them together now. I know Hal isn't my boyfriend any more than Ryan is a Pony, but the implications were there and my position as whiny Internet girlfriend kind of feels threatened by it all. If he'd just use a different character or make a new Ponysona I wouldn't give a hoot anymore, but I'm kind of attached to Hal as he is. Stupid Pinkie Pie.

I don't really want to tell him, because it's absolutely ridiculous to get so torn up over something so silly, but it drives me insane. I don't even like canon Pinkie Pie anymore, even though she was my favorite Pony for a long while - because some person I don't know is pretending to be my boyfriend's pony's girlfriend. Internet drama: stupider by the second.

i join a BH group, we get to the boss, im in 4th place outta a full 10 on the dps, and they kick me out cause i was the last to be invited and they didnt realize they lost a healer. Oh nono dont kick out the poorest dps on the chart, just kick out the person you last grabbed after all that posting you had done in trade to look for that feral cat or enhance shaman.

Been there too, for several months after meeting my current bf, he wouldnt stop talking about this other girl he almost had a chance with before she went back to manitoba, she was out here on the west coast visiting and she was actually a former gf of my bf's best friend. He also text RP's with people he met on Gaia and both on Gaia and his phone his many characters are in many relationships and sometimes when i looked over at him id see his message or him reading a message and it'd be from one of his characters RP gf's and i thought a few times it was someone he was having some secret minor tease with and id die a little inside each time.

He's also slipped up a few times, in the first several months we were dating he'd keep throwing scenario's out at me about the girl he almost had his chance with, seeing as he wants to go out and visit her for a couple weeks sometime in the future and they werent very nice scenario's (getting drunk and things leading from one thing to another). Thankfully he outgrew that, or at least isnt throwing those supposed scenario's at me.

Other time he slipped up was when this cosplayer girl started flirting with him and his best friend who also has a gf and this girl kept doing some pretty bizzare and teasing things and somehow, i have no details on it, but bf and her kissed and i was busy looking at clothes so i didnt see but one of my friends thats like a little brother to me was doing everything he could to keep me from seeing cause he knows how hellish things woulda turned out if i had seen.

And one last time so far, theres this 14 year old that met bf and his best friend over their webcam, its some website that they used to do a show on and this girl really liked my bf and talked bf into pretending that he was breaking up with me so he could go with her, i thought he was serious but then his friend told me it wasnt and well, there was a long silence but we eventually got over it. Also, just to note, i didnt know the age of the girl, i dint find out her age till things got sorted out.

Actually roleplaying is very easy once you get the hang of it. Its basically pretending your a different character

*hugs* its okay, the 'speacail' in rp is giving your character errr a bit cliche traits like lets say if it were possessed by a demon, or different in some aspects like its the child of a pony and a zebra
im preatty sure yours is fine, unless someone correct me if Im wrong
