Rise of the Shadows!

[Kamalia]

Luix swung around at this new attacker, studying him with a sneer on his face. "Found someone to replace me already, Molly?" He leered at her and gave her an ugly grin. "And I thought you enjoyed my company." He turned his attention back to Daray. He swung his arms several times, boomerang shapes flying off to strike at the Gengar.
Luix used Psycho Cut!
"And a ghost!" He cackled. "How much lower will you sink, Molly? Next thing you know, you'll be taking on some hideous monkey to replace our son. Oh, wait!" He howled with laughter as he danced around, trying to avoid Daray's attacks. He fired a Shadow Ball at the Gardevoir as she tried to crawl toward Luke.
"Pathetic, Molly, you failure of a mother. If you loved him so much, why didn't you try harder to get him back? Not that it would have worked. You're beyond lovely, my dear, but no one is good enough to care for a son of mine. Especially not such a weakling as you!" He crowed, grinning maliciously at Daray.

[Kira]

Daray froze up for a moment before he quite literally roared. The shadows around him were drawn into his form and he grew much much larger than he had ever been. He was hit with the attacks, but he couldn't say he cared. He focused all of the shadows he had drawn into himself, the pulses continuing and a large sphere forming in his hand. He took great care to use the pulses to force the Gallade into the spot he wanted before he let the sphere fly, it being almost as large as he had been the first time.
Daray used Dark Pulse!
Daray used Shadow Ball!

[Kamalia]

Luix paled before he was hit head-on. The Gallade was blasted into pieces. The voices grew silent and the trainer and Luke flickered, then disappeared. Molly stared at the spot where the little Ralts had been. Her face crumpled and she curled into a ball, her body wracking with sobs.

[Kira]

Daray winced and looked over at her. He hesitated, debating, before he sighed and simply ended the nightmare. He had no idea how to console someone over something like that, it would be better if he just left her alone.

[Kamalia]

Molly looked down at herself, seeing that her wounds hadn't transferred over into the waking world. She rested her forehead on her knees, tears silently rolling down her cheeks as she closed her eyes, trying desperately to hold onto the mental image of her baby.

Olivia looked up, her eyes widening in alarm. "I'll be right back, you two." She murmured before jumping off of Jaws's back. She looked at Molly, then at Daray. "What happened?!" She demanded, staring down at the Gengar.

[Kira]

Daray let out a sigh as he looked away. "I cured her..she..she saw her child before it was finished." He sounded..odd. "You should go help her. I'm no good with this stuff." He glanced at Molly before he turned and walked off to give the pair some space.

[Kamalia]

Olivia stared after, him, beak agape and her face darkened. She slowly went over to Molly and knelt beside her. "Molls?" She blinked as the Gardevoir flung her arms around her and buried her face into her neck, crying. Olivia swallowed and hugged her tightly.
"I saw them."
"Shh, I know, Daray told me..."
"I wish Daray didn't have to see that... I didn't want to see that! I didn't... I didn't think that they would... would find that memory..." Molly hiccuped between sobs.
"Breathe, Molly. It's over. It happened years ago."
"It just happened again now! And Luix almost killed me!"
Olivia's eyes grew cold, growling a curse under her breath. "Well, he almost did the first time too, Molls."
"Not literally attacking me." Molly leaned back, her downcast eyes bloodshot and her face puffy and red. "Do you think Luke will end up just like him?"
"Not with you as a mother, he won't." Olivia murmured soothingly. Molly was silent, staring over Olivia's shoulder to look at Daray, now a distance away.

[Kira]

To be honest...Daray had walked away so that Molly would not see him crying. Something about that entire thing hurt him. Not just for himself, he shouldn't have been foolish enough to think he was the first but...for her. Losing a child..was not fair. He had his own memories of that, and it brought them back up. He couldn't let her see him in tears. He had to be strong, not stupid and pathetically weak like that.

[Kamalia]

"You feeling any better?" Olivia took Molly's face in her claws. Her shoulder, neck and chest were wet from her tears. Molly hesitated before giving a listless shrug, taking in a shaky breath. "Remember, I'm here, Molls. If you ever think you need a shoulder to try on..." She smiled and patted her dry side. "This one isn't soaking wet." Molly forced a tiny smile.
"Thank you Olivia."
"Anytime, hun." She hugged her best friend tightly. "I'm sorry, Molly."
"Me too."
"Remember what I said when it happened? I promised that if I ever find him, I'll kick his sorry ass to outer space. That promise still stands."
Molly gave a tiny laugh. "I know, Ol. Thank you."

[Kira]

Daray sunk himself down near the trees at the edge of the clearing around the mountain. He was far enough away now. "You idiotic Gengar...you left her when she needed you...you shouldn't even Be here! The only thing you've Ever been good at is ferrying pokemon to the other side! She deserves so much better.." Yes, he was talking to himself..and no, he didn't care. "I should just leave..it'll be better for everyone."

(( *Hugs her Gengar, who's attitude is a little too much like her own for her liking* And with this depressing note, I have to get to bed. If I get a chance I may put a post before I got to work in the morning. ))

[Kamalia]

((G'night. *is also now feeling mildly depressed*))

Molly blinked tiredly. She rubbed her sore eyes and sighed. She blinked as she felt something slide up against her. She smiled slightly as Tira looked up at her worriedly, pressing her head into Molly's lap. Olivia slid to the Gardevoir's other side, pointing at Molly should Jaws glance her way. Molly inhaled deeply, then let out another drawn-out and shaky sigh as she settled back for some much-needed rest. Her eyes closed and she slipped into sleep, free of dreams or nightmares as her 'sisters' kept guard.

[Azunara]

((All of us are just making everyone's day a bundle of joy, huh?))

Zerak kept watch as caveguard, with Aurora asleep besides him. Cro sat by his father, not asleep, but looking somewhat tired. He gave a yawn, turning it into a growl as he shook his head.

Solara was still at Soundwave's side, though she was less shaky.

(('Ellos! XD ..... Can I just mention that I always think of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon whenever I think of Daray and Molly? .... I seriously play that game too much, since I think of it whenever I see ANYTHING that includes a Gengar and a Gardevoir. Or a Ninetales. DARN YOU NINETALES LEGEND!!! DARN YOUUUUUUUUU!!!! *Shakes her fist at her Mystery Dungeon games* And I'm sure no one has anyone what the heck I'm talking about. ... I think I'm the only one here who's played Mystery Dungeon.. D: Which is sad. It's an awesome game.))

Ghost let out a sigh as they reached the cave. She gave Iron a nuzzle as he curled around her, then lay down herself, feeling remarkably tired. A few seconds later and she was fast asleep.

Jaws sighed, "I hope she's ok..."

Venus watched Rust, "So adorable....."

She dangled her vine.

Soundwave nodded, "Hop on..." he lowered himself so she could climb on.

Chomp looked at Hands, "You ok?"

Lilith smiled, "Its perfect!"

((Ohlook, I forgot about Rust.. XD))

Rust squeaked as Ghost and Iron returned to the cave. He scampered over to them and pounced on his mom.

"OOF!" Ghost yelped as she was once again woken up by the pounce, "Well.. There goes getting some sleep...."

Phantom twitched his nose, picking up an unfamiliar scent nearby. He leapt up onto a fairly big rock near the middle of the clearing, scanning the area for any other Pokemon. "Whoever's there, show yourself! Now!" He roared, tail lashing.

[Magnakilro]

Iron began to scratch Rust behind the ear, giving him a nuzzle.

[Senna-Umbreon]

"Meep!!" Rust squeaked happily, wagging his tail. ... Which had once again become invisible.

Ghost took notice of Rust's seemingly non-existant tail, ".... Where the heck did his tail go?"

[Magnakilro]

Iron scratched, "Uhmmmm....he inherited your fading..."

[Senna-Umbreon]

Ghost blinked, then facepawed, "Oh jeez, the next thing we know, we'll have totally and utterly lost him cause he's faded completely.. Lovely." Despite her somewhat complaining, she was smiling at the little Cranievee, who was currently turning around in a circle, trying to find his tail.

He scratched, "Why don't you fade too? Maybe it'll stop him from being so freaked out by it..."
