It's hard to gain perspective on the scale of this creature in relation to how it would be standing next to one of our avatars but it does seem much larger than the battle pet version we're accustomed to in the game already. If it is what I think it might be ... then I am all over that baby!

I'm probably gonna be disappointed, because this expansion already has a lot of interesting creatures and models that I would love to tame, but that will probably not be tameable! xP

IT IS A LARGE FROG OF TAMABLE SIZE!!! OMG!!! I LOVE YOU BLIZZARD!!!

The frogs on the Timeless Isle are already of tameable size, and can appear as your Dire Beast, so there's already nothing to stop them being credible pets I may not tame one but I'd definitely like to see them available, as they're something a bit different.

It'd be nice if they were returned I honestly always thought they were a bit weird as a pet as they seem to be a big sack of goo without much of a brain, much like real maggots. But if silkworms are tameable, then anything goes

But your mention of worms reminded me. Outland (and so presumably Draenor) is home to sand worms and bone worms. What would be awesome is if those models (which are effectively identical) were finally given tails and could slither above the ground. The animations for switching between submerged and above-ground already exist for Jormungar, so hopefully it wouldn't be too hard!

You guys are giving me all sorts of ideas about what they may do this xpack in terms of making old creatures tamable. maybe this is when they reintroduce yacks and beavers? frogs? Certain flying dinosaurs!? I didn't stop to think about just how many MoP creatures could qualify for this. And if outland worms could be tamed I would probably have to get one of those too. (maybe name him spice >_>)

Erm...Yaks and Beavers never existed in Draenor though, not that I'm aware. Those two seem to be strictly Pandaria.

But maybe instead of yaks we'll get horny clefthooves. And non-horny. They'd certainly flesh out the horribly small and unpopular rhino family. Though yaks have so much personality I'd love for them to be tameable.

Yeah I was referring to how they usually take creatures that are already in game and living in the old world and just flag them as tamable when they make a new xpack.

and I agree with the whole rhino family thing. They could use more variety.

Well whadda ya know!? I had never made it to the Timeless Isle before but I'm sure at some point, I had heard mention of the frogs there and just forgot.
