(( Back at last! Went to a friend's house. ))

Buzzard grinned again, and nodded at Gamin. "Couldn't just leave you. You've still got a lot to live for," he said. He glanced around. "I'm a bit worried about Sol, I feel like she should be back. Maybe she's been attacked..." He was already backing out towards the exit of the lab.

Articuno and Zapdos flew swiftly, the smaller yellow bird flying high above in the clouds. They watched the forests, looking for any smoke. They had been looking for hours, and Art was starting to get worried. Where was he? He desperately hoped that the headstrong, independent phoenix hadn't left on his own, but it was beginning to look like that was the case.
"What will we do?" the ice bird fretted, absentmindedly creating a blizzard. The yellow bird shook his head and, to Art's surprise, began darting away, towards the source of the original message. "H-hey! Wait! I'm coming too!" Art called out, once again feeling that he was a bit of a burden on the team.

The two other Mirages weren't even on Moltres's mind. He flew onwards, heading towards the source of the message.

((If anyone wants a run-in with Molty, he could be flying over any character that isn't in the middle of a heavily populated camp.))

[Kamalia]

((I'M NOT ALONE! *clings to Lupis* Seems everyone's gone on the night I have absolutely nothing to do. ))

Olivia twisted her torso, cracking her back. "I'm going off for a minute or two before I go stir-crazy," she told Jaws before she trotted off into the nearby grove of trees. The first thing she did was tackle a poor, unsuspecting tree. She gleefully slashed away at it, whittling away her pent-up energy and boredom.

[Lupis]

((*Sympathizes* I'll throw a wild Summer at you while we wait. ^.^))

Summer jumped back as a tree a few yards away was viciously attacked. Or maybe it was just the surprise that made it seem so ferocious... Whatever it was, it had attacked a tree, so it was probably just practicing. She blinked, slowly edging into view so she could see who was doing the attacking.

[Kamalia]

The Blaziken clawed, kicked and smacked at the tree until the limbs she used for striking throbbed and the tree bark peeled and crumbled off in chunks. Breathing heavily and rubbing her hands, something caught her eye. Out of instinct she bristled, but then calmed when she reminded herself that the Dusk were in fact not light blue coloured. "...Hello?" She called out tentatively.

[Lupis]

Summer stopped for a moment as she spied the Blaziken. Oh, it was just Olivia. She had always seemed pretty sane, although to tell the truth she had never gotten a chance to really talk to her before.
"Hey, Olivia," she greeted softly, stepping out into full view.

[Kamalia]

"Oh, hey. Summer, right?" She put her claws on her hips in a nonchalant manner as if beating up trees was an everyday occurrence for her. "How're you and that little family of yours doing? Can't say I've seen you guys around much."

[Lupis]

Summer shrugged slightly, sitting down. "We've been doing alright. Moving around a bit. And you?" She glanced at the shredded tree. That Blaziken had some power.

[Kamalia]

"That's good to hear. I've been pretty good so far, I guess. I burned down a hut, though. I don't think the Sunrise were too keen on that. Made me rebuild the whole thing, too. I swear I'll never touch a hammer again..." Olivia slouched against the torn tree, her arms crossed behind her head. Catching Summer's look at the tree, she grinned. "Fire types are almost as bad as Electric types when it comes to energy. Can't say just sitting around leaves me content."

[Lupis]

Summer found herself smiling at Olivia's little story. "You're lucky you even have hands to hold a hammer with! I'd be helpless, unless they like igloos." She swished her tail thoughtfully. "I can relate to being restless sometimes. You know, if you want, we could spar or something like that. I don't have very much experience fighting fire types."

[Kamalia]

Olivia grinned. One foot slid backwards and she twisted her torso sideways into a fighting stance. "Sparring? Sounds like fun to me. Well then kitty, let's see what you've got!" A lightly teasing tone to her voice, the Blaziken gave her a nod and a 'bring it' hand motion.

[Lupis]

Summer grinned and jumped back, getting in to a prowling stance of her own. She fainted to the right, then jumped at Olivia with shining, frosty fangs.
Summer uses Frost Fang!

[Kamalia]

Olivia jutted her forearm out to take the bite. Her brows twitched slightly at the brief stab of pain, but then she grabbed hold of the scruff of Summer's neck, whirled around and flung her away.

Olivia used Counter!

For good measure she picked up a clawful of sand and hurled it after her.

Olivia used Sand-Attack!

[Lupis]

Summer flipped over mid-air to land on her feet, creating a barrier to block the sand.
Summer uses Barrier!
She called a concentrated snow storm over the area to hide her, trying to creep around behind Olivia.
Summer uses Blizzard!

((Sorry, I should have been on earler. But it's sunday and hot here, when I saw nothing much was happening on the thread and most of the others were gone, I thought to myself "Oh, well I think I'll have myself a little nap!"..... 5 hours later >.< ))

Seventeen trotted over to Buzzard, looking at him intently. Gamin moved over as well. "Need some company? I know she's the one who healed me up before you took me here. It wouldn't sit right not to help her if she needs it." He asked. "And I gotta admit, I'd love the chance to tear those two thieves up if they're still around. Only this time, I think the fight may not be so one sided."

"We're done!' Holly said happily, handing the tin to Molly and giving the mosly scraped out bowl to Apple.

Baaz toppled over to the side, moving to lay next to Lilith, his belly upwards and limbs tucked close to his chest. "... How do you feel about this place?" He asked. "The Sunrise encampment I mean. I have not had much time to see how you've been coping with the sojourn. Have you been treated justly?"

[Kamalia]

Right. Cats. Olivia chided herself with amusement as Summer landed gracefully. The Blaziken dug her feet into the ground a bit as the Glaceon brewed a snowstorm. She squinted and blinked a bit, the snow not bothering her much but it certainly worked in reducing her vision. Eyes darting about, she decided to brace herself should Summer jump out of the white fogginess and attack.

Olivia used Bulk Up!

Molly nodded and took the pan. She slid it carefully in the oven and closed the door. She nodded with satisfaction and smiled. I can't wait to try this. She threw Apple a little side glance and leaned forward to sneak a little taste from the bowl. Swiping the bowl's sides with a finger, she inserted her batter-coated fingertip into her mouth. She let out a pleased noise. Tastes delicious!

[Lupis]

(( No problem, Moon. ^.^ I do that sort of thing.))

Buzzard nodded at the two. "I can probably fly there easily, and carry one of you, if someone doesn't want to run." He doubted either hound would want to be carried around, but it was nice to offer.

Summer saw Olivia tense and decided to use a different approach, creating shards of ice and sending them towards the Blaziken's feet in an attempt to make a frozen sheet on the ground. She then quickly darted at Olivia's legs, trying to slip her.

Olivia let out a small yelp as her feet nearly gave way underneath of her from the sudden icy surface. Well, that was unexpected. As was the Glaceon careening into her legs. She fell rather ungracefully on her bottom. The Blaziken's eyes narrowed slightly as she blew a quick blast of fire at the ground to melt the ice away.

Olivia used Ember!

She moved into a crouching position and pounced at Summer, swiping at her tail. She planted her feet in the ground again and leapt up high. Grabbing hold of a branch above, she swung herself up onto it and let loose a burst of fire in the general area where she had seen Summer, either to hit her or get rid of some of the snow.

Olivia used Acrobat!
Olivia used Flame Burst!

[Lupis]

Summer winced as the flames drew closer and her pelt suddenly flashed like a mirror, sending an identical attack back at Olivia. Seeing as Summer was below the branch, it would probably hit the tree before it hit Olivia.
Summer uses Mirror Coat! (Flame Burst)

[Kamalia]

Olivia's eyebrows shot up as the blast of fire came back up at her. She slid off of the branch and slammed her feet into the ground with such force that the ground cracked and rumbled.

Olivia used Earthquake!

She eagerly bounced up and down a bit as she readied herself for Summer's reply. She'd underestimated Summer, not expecting such a fight from a Pokémon she had two type advantages against. She was greatly enjoying the battle.

((And one of the D&D guys is here early lol. So, so much for me doing much today! :\ ))

Seventeen responded by darting outside, then stoping to wait for Buzzard to get a move on.
"I think I've had enough of being carried like a pup fer today. No offence." Gamin laughed. He also wanted the chance to get a feel how how fast his new body was... and to stick close with Seventeen, but he didn't say those parts out aloud.

Holly beamed. "I'm glad you like it! Now we jsut have to wait for the cake to cook. Then we make up the icing, then we put it on!"
She gathered up the few utensils they used, then carted them over to the sink to give them a quick wash.

Venin grined her toothy grin, then had a look around at where they were. They were well and truely outside of the Dusk city, that was something she supposed. The seemed to be in a field though, full of thick, tall grasses. "Not sure I regognise this place Phantom. Certainly never been here before."
