Er wow, cool. I'm so happy they're providing new skin colours for things that aren't getting new models! At least making a new skin is way quicker than an entire model. Though I've had my heart set on a new moth model for a couple of expansions now. A lunar moth model would be so amazing. But these will do for now :)

Can't wait to get home and start looking for these skins.

I'd also just like to tip my hat to the designer who came up with this new skin colour/combo. It's just so spot for the zone they are in, simply perfect! The Combination of the striped greys/shadows and orange would be the perfect colors for any predator to blend into and under the tress/zone of Talador.
Little touches and considerations like this just go so far regarding immersion and gameplay. Just so good. :)

one more shot of Halloween kitty -

went and checked out the new dungeon that opened also - only thing I saw in there were some spiders (green, didn't seem new) and there were green and orange striped wasps that you couldn't even reach - I finally found one close enough to beastlore - non tamable. Spiders were non tameable also.
Still no new Hydras either - though they are filling in the nooks and crannies of the zones - and the lvl 100 areas are more fleshed out now.

If I remember correctly the kitties are NW area of Talador - just under Shattrath - I've been running around like a crazed roadrunner with acme rockets all over the place. There is so much new stuff too - I'm in a daze so I'm having a hard time remembering stuff - :/

Seen new rares and treasures in most zones - too much

Could you tell me which model please? That will help muchly when I go searching :)

Unfortunately the only file extractors for WoD that are still available to us plebs require you to know the file name first. Some of these can be gathered from model data and spreadsheets that are also in the database but a lot are also from guesswork. I often now resort to a brute force approach. I have an enormous list of colours that I add to potential skin file names and look for all of them. I could still miss anything weird, but it's allowed me to find many that major sites hadn't reported up till then. But yeah, some info on the model would help a LOT :)

So for days now everyone has been wondering if the doe model is also tamable. Has anyone bothered to hunt one down and check? I know there are a few doe models in Vally of the four winds. they should not be too far up the road leading to half hill. they are part of the deer families you could kill for the blood needed to paint turnips orange to fool the vermin.

I got better (as good as I could anyway) screens of the new Ridge Stalkers. The stripes look red to me too, shading to black on the hindquarters. White/gray kitty has green eyes with red rims (whoa!) and black has red eyes.

I don't know if its always been this way, but when messing with the new night elf female faces I noticed does in the night elf starting area, and they were beasts not critters. I'll check in a sec on a hunter with beast lore, unless someone else beats me to it.

edit: The elwynn does are beasts too. They have a diet but can not be tamed. Will check the teldrassil ones in a bit.

Edit2: Pandaria and teldrassil does aren't tamable either. Might be one out there but doesn't look that way at this point.

Noooooot sure if intended but maybe/probably...
these guys are legit now:
Image
Gazelle - Mulgore, Lv3

The brown ones in Barrens are also tamable, also Lv3.

Of note, the gazelles RUN AWAY when you start taming so if you aren't glyphed for taming speed, they may run out of range before your tame finishes.

I checked the 'Twilight Serpents' in Nagrand (coral-snake python) and no-go. I really hope they open these up though.

Is that... PINK!?

If that isn't tameable, I will cry. xD

And I have a strange feeling that Wolf is the "Void Wolf" spirit beast Muff mentioned.

I'm highly doubtful but... has anyone given the giraffes a Beast Lore to see if they have a diet?

Now I know Dread Ravens aren't tamable at the moment, but just thought I'd drop it in here none the less :)
Is it just me, or does the fel wolf kind of look like...it's more of a plant? The fur almost looks like leaves all over the body, lol.
