Little touches and considerations like this just go so far regarding immersion and gameplay. Just so good.

Re: Potential new hunter pets in WoD

one more shot of Halloween kitty -
went and checked out the new dungeon that opened also - only thing I saw in there were some spiders (green, didn't seem new) and there were green and orange striped wasps that you couldn't even reach - I finally found one close enough to beastlore - non tamable. Spiders were non tameable also.
Still no new Hydras either - though they are filling in the nooks and crannies of the zones - and the lvl 100 areas are more fleshed out now.
If I remember correctly the kitties are NW area of Talador - just under Shattrath - I've been running around like a crazed roadrunner with acme rockets all over the place. There is so much new stuff too - I'm in a daze so I'm having a hard time remembering stuff - :/
Seen new rares and treasures in most zones - too much

Could you tell me which model please? That will help muchly when I go searchingmoonone wrote:and there were green and orange striped wasps that you couldn't even reach - I finally found one close enough to beastlore - non tamable.

Unfortunately the only file extractors for WoD that are still available to us plebs require you to know the file name first. Some of these can be gathered from model data and spreadsheets that are also in the database but a lot are also from guesswork. I often now resort to a brute force approach. I have an enormous list of colours that I add to potential skin file names and look for all of them. I could still miss anything weird, but it's allowed me to find many that major sites hadn't reported up till then. But yeah, some info on the model would help a LOT

edit: The elwynn does are beasts too. They have a diet but can not be tamed. Will check the teldrassil ones in a bit.
Edit2: Pandaria and teldrassil does aren't tamable either. Might be one out there but doesn't look that way at this point.

Re: Potential new hunter pets in WoD
these guys are legit now:

Gazelle - Mulgore, Lv3
The brown ones in Barrens are also tamable, also Lv3.
Of note, the gazelles RUN AWAY when you start taming so if you aren't glyphed for taming speed, they may run out of range before your tame finishes.
I checked the 'Twilight Serpents' in Nagrand (coral-snake python) and no-go. I really hope they open these up though.

Is that... PINK!?Bendak wrote:New Moth colors in Talador (not tameable yet) -- I think they're new anyway, Muffinus said to go and look.

If that isn't tameable, I will cry. xD
And I have a strange feeling that Wolf is the "Void Wolf" spirit beast Muff mentioned.

Is it just me, or does the fel wolf kind of look like...it's more of a plant? The fur almost looks like leaves all over the body, lol.SpiritBinder wrote:Redith wrote:Mine Mine MineMine mine mineMine mineMINE MINEMINE MINEFangz wrote:stags are in as well.
