Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Circe and Crowley
Mt. Coronet
Circe brightened at Haro's words, hopping over to the hypothetical spot where someone was. She pricked her ears, saying with pride, "I am a world class digger. They'll be out in no time. I hope they're not an Arceus lover, though..." The jolteon set to work, pawing at the snow and kicking it up behind her in a cloud of flakes. "Hey! You okay?" She called down into her hole.
Circe used Dig!
----
Crowley looked from Ari to Maximus with a snort, relaxing. The idea of the pidgeot teaching the meowth to fly was a rather amusing one for him. "Indeed, Reshiram gave me these. I'm incredibly thankful for them." He stretched them for effect, pausing to arrange a few crooked feathers before looking back towards Max. "We should probably look for others."
---
Distortion World
Breaking free of his immediate bonds wasn't hard at all for the God. Escaping this place was the hard part. It shouldn't have been too hard, leaving the Distortion World. He had created it. But his counterpart was powerful, and Arceus was sure that Giratina had found a...different method of keeping him here. One he had yet to crack.
Speaking of the dark God, Giratina warped into view, a far too cheery smile on his face. "Been a big day for us, hasn't it? Then again, there really is no time here. It's always been, and always will be, today. Thanks for that. Brilliant planning on your part." The God said a bit darkly, stretching out his wings and checking his claws.
Arceus let out a snarl. "Why are you keeping me here? Why have you just not killed me yet?"
Giratina let out a chuckle. "Kill you, oh no. Not at all, my friend. I have bigger plans. Better plans. And I need you alive for them."
"My Legends will find me and set me free."
"Your Legends are already throwing their aid to my cause."
Arceus let out a savage hiss as he drew himself up to smite the arrogant God, but Giratina had already warped out of existence, leaving Arceus alone once more. What could the God mean? What sort of plan could be in action?

Mt. Coronet
"He has, has he? well than I guess you now know about a$$&*& me!" Her ears bent back in shame about the butt face "Orash hurry up and draw your scary face"
Orash sighed "Wait after we heal people, you want to come with Mabel? Others may need healing"
Irsa
Mt. Coronet
With rooks help the Purrloin broke free, Gasping as mouthful of fresh air came in
Air! Glorious air, and sun! Take that Giratina! "I beat it again! " She howled out jumping around in what she could with an excited glee "I'm alive hee hee!" She didn't seem to notice Brook and danced around in her own glee

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Rook jumped back with a yelp as Irsa all but flew out of the snowy hole. She let out a soft sigh of relief, sitting back for a moment and letting her ears droop. The purrloin was safe. That weary feeling from before threatened to take her again, it would be so easy just to collapse in the snow and let sleep ease her new aches. She forced the urge away, slowly standing up on her hind paws and looking around with her Aura sense. Circe and... someone else that Rook wasn't familiar with (a Sawsbuck?) were tending to Lavi, so that was one she didn't need to worry about. Behind her though, Rook picked up another Aura, nearly smothered by the snow. She... was unsure who it was, but it felt familiar at the same time.
Shrugging away the ache in her chest, Rook trotted up to the snow above Dews. Once more, she called upon her Reshiram-blessed powers and started to melt the snow, using her paws to scrape away the resulting slush and to quicken the process.

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Wasabi looked around. It looked like most of their team had escaped the avalanhe unharmed. Unfortunatly, the same seemed true for the enemy. He took slight notice of the Meowth talking with two others of the group, but he ignored it. Now that the fight and other events was over, the wounds he got from the Lucario actually started hurting a little more. He rubbed his left leg where it hurt.
Mable nodded at Orash. "I'll stay wherever you are for right now." She looked toward Ardor. "But.. I kinda forget your name... if Orash even mentioned it." She giggled.
Lavi Gasped as her head came free of the snow. "ABOUT.... TIME." She said, Wriggling and trying to regain a bit of warmth. She looked toward her rescuers. Circe, Her name was? and a...... What the heck was that? Well. She at the very least owed that jolteon something. maybe.".... who ARE you?" She said, looking at the other pokemon. a creature with four legs and two horns that Branched. It... looked Maybe Grass type. She Shivered and curled around herself while waiting for a responce.

"Oh! That's, uh. Uh. I don't know." She tilted back to Haro, ears pricked. "Right. Who are you? I'm Circe, and this is Lavi, and that is Lani, and thank you for helping us, she looked like she would keel over any minute." She said cheerfully. "Are you going to help us more, or you looking for that stupid Arceus like the others out there?" She paused after that, immediately scanning the slopes for more of those Arceus-lovers. She scowled as she saw several of them cropping up. Oh, Zapdos. They hadn't died, like she hoped.

Lani tilted her head, interested in the Sawsbuck "Oh, are you a champion?" Now that she looked more closely, she noticed Haro did look a little different than normal sawsbuck.
The dragon-bird watched as Circe bounded over to Haro and began digging. Lani walked over, but quickly regretted her decision when she was covered in snow. She peered into the hole in the snow, trying to see who Circe had freed. Lani leaped back in surprise when something crawled out of the snow, only to realise it was the fierce little eel creature.
Lani looked back to the sawsbuck, "Oh yeah, you never introduced yourself. What's your name?"
Ari glared at Crowley (which wasn't very easy for a pidgeot that kept his eyes closed all the time) Everyone that failed to escape the avalanche was of no use to Arceus, as far as he was concerned. He quickly regained his composure. Maybe some of them had escaped, but hadn't found the group yet. "... Very well." Ari reluctantly agreed, stretching his wings, preparing to take flight. He quickly drew his wings back, wincing. His wing still hurt after the huntail had bitten it, and it only hurt more now he wasn't focused on fighting. Ari sighed. He'd have look for everyone else on foot, then.

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Dews felt the Snow about her melt around her. She climbed out of the snowy hole, glad with joy to be free. She didn't climb out right away, instead she rubbed at her eyes, which, once again where fill with snow. The snow in her eyes stung, and Dews really wanted it out. Now. Dews sat at the edge of the Snow hole she had been in, and rubbed at her eyes.

Haro blinked and skittered back as Lavi burst out of the snow, huffing in surprise. Well, she was a little… uh… rash? But she'd been burried, she had an excuse- and why was he judging? He shook snow off his antlers and refocused on Crowley and Lavi. "Oh! Ah, I'm Haro. I'm blessed by Virizion, and ah, no, I'm not particularly interested in the whereabouts of Arceus so long as it stays roughly… not here." Well that was awkwardly worded… But it would work, right? He really didn't want Arceus back. As far as he was concerned, that god had failed at doing what gods were supposed to do.

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Rook clambered out of the snow hole at the same time as Dews did, too exhausted to wonder which side Dews was on. Just knowing that her Aura was familiar in a manner that wasn't negative was enough to the Lucario for now. She could sense the Dewott moving about in one spot. That had to be a good sign, right?
Too exhausted to really say anything to the recovering Dews, Rook slowly moved away, padding towards the familiar auras that she knew to also be servants of Giratina. She arrived just as the newcomer introduced himself -she missed his name; too distracted by the ache in her chest and the fuzzy feeling that seemed to ooze through her mind. She winced and shook her head, trying to clear it somewhat. It didn't much help.

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Haro tilted his head, looking away from Lavi, Lani and Crowley when he saw a newcomer approaching. Wow, she was… striking. And he was staring. That was rude. Could she tell? Her eyes were white, didn't that mean something? Blindness, right? But she didn't look normal- well not like a regular Lucario- maybe she just had white eyes. The eyes didn't matter, anyway. She looked tired, like Lani. Why wasn't he helping them out? Gods, he needed to step it up, he was just sitting around.
"O-oh, hello. You look tired." Brilliant deduction, Haro. He looked back to Lani, then shook his head, breathing out. A sweet, soothing scent seeped from the flowers sprouting from his head and shoulders. Not much, but at least it would help if they were really cold…

Rook relaxed a little as the soothing scent wafted past her. It didn't ease her pain much, but it took her mind off it, and that was enough for the moment. She nodded her thanks to the newcomer, not bothering to move her head so it was pointed at the sawsbuck.
"Thank you." She told him, rolling her shoulders back and assuming a straighter posture before turning to face Circe, Lani and Lavi.
"What do we do now?" She asked, silently hoping that the answer would be 'get off this Arceus-damned mountain before another slew of snow crashed down upon them'.

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Wasabi looked around, not around anyone else. Did everybody dislike him THAT much? seriously? Their loss? He didn't even know anymore. Should he care? no. He shouldn't. They want to die? so be it. They won't be having him for back-up. He looked down at his shell. It had better recover soon. It was actually SLIGHTLY Chilly without it's full thickness.
Lavi ached all over. That Pidgeot.. that stupid stupid Pidgeot. Cold, AND Hurt. Wonderful... She looked down and saw where she had been trapped in the snow was stained red in some spots. Rgh.... if one person called her a weakling because of how she had faired this battle, they'd get it. She blinked. There was an odd... sweet, but soothing sent. Was that flowers? She thought maybe Flowers Smelled like that. "Wh-What.. What's that smell? Where's it coming f-from?" Dang it, she was shivering so much she was stuttering. She blinked then at Rook's words and looked her. "LIVE. Th-That's What we do."

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)

Orash paused to sniff the air, they were close to others he could tell "Wow! Mabel can you smell that!" The Smeargles eyes brighten and he looked over at the koffing "It kinda reminds me of home again, that flowery smell"
Or his home in fresh spring again at least, they had some flowers, in the lighter areas. Mostly mushrooms though, not that it was bad, the place had mushrooms with a wide arrange of colours
Ardor flew above "Flowers? Some stinky idiot must of come in now unless for some reason the freak makes magical smelling farts than its probably someone new" The Zubat yelled, in perfect hearing distance of the others
Irsa had stopped cheering for a moment to actually smell the flowers. Well that was nice, much nicer than death anyways. With a smile she had trotted over to the smell, finding the others while she was at it. She looked over at the Deer, wondering how such a creature wasn't freezing to death "You smell quite nice" She smiled looking over the deer for any valuable body parts. The antlers may sell, not for a lot though.
She sat down rather content that she didn't die.
The Dewott did give her a few bleeding wounds but it wasn't much compared to the others at least

Crowley disregarded Ari's glare. He could feel his energy still being drained from the protect he had created, meaning Antares was around and still shielded. The espeon wouldn't have gone down too far from him. He carefully listened, casting his senses around, and then crept over to the spot of his choice, immediately beginning to melt the snow with his patron's heat based properties. As he chipped at it, he called over his shoulder to Max, "Your plumage looks like Ho-Oh's, I'd start melting snow as well and trying to find people if I were you." Or rather, if the meowth didn't make himself useful, Crowley would ensure he'd have more than uselessness to contend to.

Circe
Mt. Coronet
Circe gave a happy little purr at the nice smell. It wasn't anything like the cold staticky smell of her home, but she supposed it was nice. If you liked plants and stuff. "I'm glad you're not one of those silly Arceus followers, it would not be nice to have to hurt you after you helped us."

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Haro cringed back as he heard yelling, nervously focusing on the less loud question directed at him. "Oh, th-that's from me, ma'am," he said to Lavi, shaking his head to produce more of the scent. "I may look a wimp, covered in flowers, but at least I… smell good." Because smelling good was clearly going to save lives. His species was rather useless. At least Virizion had made him slightly less pitiful, but he was never going to be impressive. He looked to Circe to distract himself, smiling. "Yes, I'm rather glad you don't have to hurt me, thank you."
Maximus blinked, then whacked a paw across his forehead. Right, helping, that would probably be appreciated. He nodded at Crowley and backed up a bit, nose twitching as he scented out anyone who might still be buried. Warmth began pulsing out from his body, melting snow around him as he moved towards any scent he could pick out.
((I don't know who else is buried, so I'ma just leave it vague. If anyone has a buried character, you can say Max is melting the snow above them.))

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
As soon as the avalanche had started, Loupell had used Overheat to quickly melt a hole beneath Mimico and himself. It was hot enough to melt some of the pack ice under the loose snow, allowing the Avalanche to pass harmlessly over their hiding hole. Now that the Avalanche had stopped, Mimico used a narrow flamethrower to melt a small hole through the snow to open an airway for them to breath through.
~Hopefully no-one was really hurt during that stunt~ Mimico thought to Loupell. ~I just hope it was enough to break up the fighting.~
~Well, it should have at least spread everyone out more, and carried them a bit further down the mountain...Not sure how far though.~ Loupell thought back.
~Sooo...how long should we stay down here then?~ Mimico inquired.
~I really don't know...I am not even sure what we would do once we come out...hopefully no-one realized that it was us that did that...I'd hate to be hated by either group~ Loupell said with a laugh.

Crowley let out a snort of triumph as he could see a trace of Antares' fur down the hole. He widened it for the espeon to climb out, and then turned back to Ari and Max. "We need to regroup, and then get moving. We should probably check out the crime scene, make our way up to the Spear Pillar. See what we can find. As for that other group--I don't know who the hell they were, but they're working against us so they're a threat." He shrugged, matter of factly.

Cole
Mt. Coronet
God, he hated the cold. It made his limbs achey and miserable and all he really wanted to do was fade and get the hell out of here. The vaporeon trotted along the snow, ears pricked as he kept an ear out for his comrades. He sneezed as he smelled something almost sickeningly sweet, shaking his head. Eugh.
He followed the source, glad to see a few of the people Giratina had described. The Voices let out a furious grumble, but he ignored them. "Oi," he called out over the snow, moving over towards the small group of Lani, Circe, Lavi, and Haro. "How are you guys today? I'm freezing cold, thanks for asking." The vaporeon looked fairly miserable, tossing the others a glare. "New orders, by the way."

Mable bobbed slightly. "But why flowers? They shouldn't be up here...." Her eyes watered slightly, and she whispered quietly. "It reminds me of this... park my trainer took me to..... We had so much fun together...where did he go?..." She tried to snap herself out of those thoughts. She didn't want tears freezing to her face.
Lavi blinked as Cole came up. "Wh-What? More orders? Seriously?" She lashed her tail, wincing. This was a species she'd seen before. Vaporeon. "Didn't we like... JUST get these ones!? C-Can't that dragon make up his mind!?" She hissed, trying not to sound weak.

Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)
Rook's ears flicked as she heard footsteps approaching. Yet another straggler to their cause? They lowered back along her neck a little at the curt tone of the newcomer, but she said nothing. If he was from the boss, then he could be as sarcastic and bothersome as he liked. She shook herself, sending a few stray snowflakes off of her pelt.
"At least you weren't buried above your head in snow." Rook remarked towards Cole. "What are our orders?"
Re: Fall of the Gods (PokeRP)

The vaporeon straightened, his ears twitching--he was pretty sure they were numb. "Uh, well.First of all, yeah. Looks like you guys had a bit of fun in all this nonsense. The hell happened? And second--I believe you're to go pay a visit to some of the more malcontent Legends out there. Palkia and Kyurem wouldn't be shabby starts, both would be significantly useful to our cause. Cause you know, both suffered at the hands of humans. Shouldn't be -that- hard convincing them to our aid. And Giratina wants more Legends to his cause for reasons." The vaporeon gave a wicked sort of grin. "And he says good things are in store if you all succeed."
