Welp, who's up for checking every NPC for more unused variants being added? The few already found are very much welcomed for sure, but who knows what else got added?

How fortunate that Blizz took wains suggestions from the suggestion pages and now use them on creatures, I think the orange chimaera and black ankylodon are the most exciting for me, and the new slitherwing is unfortunately light yellow rather than yellow and brown

The Hungry Dewscale now uses the unused grey & teal variant.

Oh wow there’s more, I hope the moonhazed nightsabers use the unused variants as well, and the pink beaked albatross for whoever is not on exile’s reach
