Janie now has a stuffy nose. Shes already on antibiotics and an immune booster for her respitory infection and it was pretty cold last night so i think its from being cold but i brought her in the bathroom with a blanket to lie on and took a really long hot shower to help clear her nose up and i have a small humidifier (we dont have a room-size one so im leaving this ity bity one i have by her food/scratching post) and i have the heat on so the room wont be cold. Still tho, it sounds terrible to hear her breathe and shes sneezing a lot cause of it.

No dust anywhere, i did a good dusting a couple days ago and she wasnt in the room when i did it. I closed my door to keep her out so the disturbed dust didnt get into her system and cause more problems. Im not going anywhere this weekend so i can monitor her and take a couple hot showers through the day with her in the bathroom for humidity and wipe her nose down with a warm cloth to keep it moist and clear the sides of her nose of any possible mucus that might be building up from sneezing. Though i have yet to discover any actual mucus but it definitely cant hurt, and the humidity from the warm towel gets breathed in.

Also gonna do a scoop of her litter box, i did that the same day i dusted but i dont want her nose being bothered by any strong scents. Also to mention, i havent sprayed any strong scent anywhere in the house or on myself or used deoderant in her presence and i know stepdad hasnt sprayed the house with anything since im here all the time and can hear the majority of everything that goes on, as well (obviously) smell it when i walk into the room. Only possible cause i can think of is A) stepdad touched something that had the germs of a possibly infected cat on it (theres like 50 farm cats running around unchecked and untreated at a meat market farm that he see's his buddy at and does work part time on the grounds.. but Janie has had her infection since before we brought her home so its very doubtful) and/or B) the most probable cause, she got just too cold last night sleeping before i woke up shivering myself and turned the heat on.

Im sneezing occasionally myself so the cold air in my room is most likley the culprit since i follow her medication routine every day and make sure she doesnt get too much or too little of anything. Antibiotics can be extremely finicky and i dont want her building up an immunity from having too much of it at a time so i always double check the amount in the syringe.

my face still hurts from my dental surgery, more than a week ago

and my "big" birthday is coming up next week

this is the first time I've actually... felt my age.
I feel as though I have no time to finish what I need to finish in my life.

and honestly, I ENVY those in this thread who complain about school work, or first love, or problems with parents.

you've got your whole life ahead of you. you can change the things that aren't working. stop complaining about them.

I did say that I envied you the problems you DO have. I wish I was still that age to have those problems.

I actually spent part of the evening crying last night. I'm just scared now. it's completely stupid. I have no control over how I feel about this.

My scorpion Hot Lead (pirate theme'd scorpion reference to bullets or cannonballs or whatever. not completely sure if its the exact saying but i know theres a saying 'eat lead') is going on some rediculous rampage right now. He keeps following the other Nethergarde people killing the Okril'lon thats attacking the supply camp. I started the quest to cull them by killing one and he went on this string of mass killing with them and took them all down one by one. wtfff is wrong with my scorpiooonnnn...

My rant: My GM decided to make a pvp only guild on the side.....aka pretty much splitting up our guild. Thats the first step to a guild getting destroyed.....again. I'm terrified.....so much that I cried......I dont wanna lose another place I was happy in.

I'm very uncomfortable in my WrA server guild. A few days ago I logged in and during the few hours I was on people started sharing racist jokes. I mentioned it to the person that invited me into the guild, but they had stopped before he logged in. A few days later I logged on to see homophobic jokes being posted, followed by ones that mocked pedophilia and religion. He wasn't on at the time and I don't know the officers enough to mention it myself, so I logged out and got on an alt that isn't guildied.

I did let him know (he's gay as well) and he contacted the officers who posted a MotD that it wasn't cool to post offensive things in chat, but at the same time it makes me wonder if I'm just overly sensitive or something and if I 'ruined their fun'.

Thing is, I grew up in a household with a father that was racist, sexist and mocked homosexuals regularly. My brother grew up in that same household and I still remember him coming home with a blood stained baseball bat as a teenager and proudly announcing how he 'beat a faggot'. Is it any wonder it took me so long to come out about being gay to my family?

It starts with jokes, then jokes become verbal attacks, then verbal attacks become physical. It is -not- acceptable, no matter how 'funny' it might seem. And I'm not okay with that.
