I've really got to sit down and just beat the elite already! Damn wow stealing all my free time (such as it is). I want to cont. on to the next region in pkmn and mt.Silver, I love that place...though I cant remember why atm...

Pokemon black/white looks like its going to be really cool!! 3D city! full view pokemon battles, 5th gen pokemon...lets hope they stop using geodude/zubats (+evo) in the caves this time...400+ pkmn and thats always what you find in caves...let them RIP already!

My parents consider it a waste of money if I buy it just for the pkmn games (and I'd like a second one cuz I like tryin to get the pokedexes filled even tho I've never been successful....but my bro doesn't want one lolol)....maybe when I get more of my own cash I'll get one...may be a while

I use to do odd-jobs around the house to earn extra money from my parents when I was younger.
heheheee, DS's are awsome, and theres lots of games out for them, but pokemons the best! And next year they have pokemon black and white coming out! 3D-ish!!

lol yeah, sometimes it surprises me what pokemon can learn what moves...either by lv, tm or breeding.

My main prob might be....my team focuses on attacking.....the only non-dmg moves I have are Sunny Day on Sceptile and Calm Mind on Alakazam

Blaziken: Aerial Ace, Dig, Sky Uppercut, Blaze Kick
Swampert: Iron Tail, Earthquake, Surf, Ice Beam
Sceptile: Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Dragon Claw, Earthquake
Alakazam: Shock wave (might swith it to Thunderbolt if I can), Calm Mind, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Aggron: Iron Tail, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Dynamic Punch (DP is filler lol)
Seviper: Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain, Flamethrower, Crunch

At last check my team can supereffectively hit all 17 types....tho a certain Dark/Ghost may make a bit of trouble but still not too bad.

Its mostly meant for killing the Elite 4 with little to no trouble (which it succeeds at.....especially since my firey birdy of kicking power can obliterate two of its members with just one move: Sky Uppercut)

Haha, having mostly attacking moves isn't always a bad thing!! But jeez, some status/stat moves are freaking amazing. Trick Room for Banette is freaking awesome. Not to mention Espeon with Calm Mind and Power Swap is epic when paired up with Eevee or Umbreon, which is why I'm gonna use it for my Espeon in my Eeveelution team!

And Magnakilro, I love your team! Aggron is epic win! (I have a Lairon that I plan on evolving soon! Can't wait til she's an Aggron <3) If you ever get a DS and one of the 4th gen games, I'd love to battle you!!

Lvl 84 Ninetales: Flamethrower, SolarBeam, Dark Pulse, Sunny Day (Toying with the idea of getting rid of Sunny Day in favour of Nasty Plot..)
Lvl 83 Vaporeon: Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Hydro Pump, Surf (Surf is only there since I need it when going around doing things, like catching things.. Not to mention something that I can use when I've use up all of Hydro Pump's PP)
Lvl 81 Breloom: Seed Bomb, Synthesis, Sky Uppercut, Stone Edge (.. I just realized that all her moves start with S XD)
Lvl 84 Luxray: Spark, Ice Fang, SuperPower, Crunch
Lvl 80 Froslass: Destiny Bond, Ominous Wind, Blizzard, ThunderBolt (Considering replacing Destiny Bond with Hidden Power)
Lvl 83 Flygon: Fly, Dig, Draco Meteor, U-Turn (Kinda thinking of giving him Hidden Power instead of U-Turn...)

I'm playing Ruby (to catch Zangoose, get Deepseascale for Gorebyss and Latios for my Emerald Pokedex) and decided to try out a Flygon lol.

Hmm.. One I can think of is Metagross, never liked it too much.. But I'm starting to warm up to it. Same with Armaldo now that I think about it. Heck, Volbeat too. ... And Xatu. And Venomoth. And Banette (Again, never liked it too much. But now.. I ADORE IT OMG) ... Theres too many Pokemon that I didn't like before but have ended up warming up to them after a while XD

Then again, in HeartGold and SoulSilver, if you have a event Arceus, you can get a lvl 1 Palkia, Dialga or Giratina.

Quick question i was wondering if anyone had teh wi fi on there pokemon cas i wanna send my self 'Leafeon' and 'Glaceon' from my platinum to my soulsliver just i need another ds to hold them for teh trade

i am also willing to reset my platinum and get anothher eevee to evole into something else someone might want ( as long as its tradeable to that version)

i might also wanna send a fer others like 'Piplup' and what not again im willing to do this for others but i might ask for a pokemon back in return (like the ones that aint catch-able on soulsliver)

everyones got some nice diverse teams!
I've got my main team: Torterra, flygon, houndoom, ampheros, skarmory, feraligatr. But on top of that, I have 2.5 boxes full of lv 100 pkmn...thats what happens when i use to take a 4 hr round trip on the bus everyday going to/from work XD

lol Flygon seems to be a very popular pokemon with us eh? atleast 3 of us have one on our team! But then again, its such a cool pokemon, really diverse, great ability, and can learn sooooo many types of attacks its almost a team unto itself XD
I don't know how many times my flygons taken out my opponents all on its own!

Flygon does seem to be very popular! Well, unless you count the masses of Dragonite, Salamence and Garchomp fanboys.. Ugh. Seriously, they may be strong, but they're not the best thing ever to happen to the world of Pokemon! ... Besides, Flygon looks better than all three of them.

But aaaanyway! On the subject of Eeveelutions, I've been training an all Eeveelution team! It's taking a while.. But oh well. I've already gone through at least a week of training my Ghost Type team... I doubt this will be too much worse. Not to mention I already have one of my Eeveelutions pretty high level, the Umbreon from my main team. ... Of course she'll be much higher level than the rest of my main team by the time she's been fully trained for my Eeveelution team, but that just gives me more motivation to train the rest of my Pokemon too!

Also been considering an all Dark Type team.. Since it's my second favourite type. Planning on using Umbreon (Different one from the one I use on my Eeveelution/Main team), Absol, Cacturne, Sharpedo, Drapion and Honchkrow, possibly using Zoroark later one once the 5th gen games come out.

Speaking of 5th gen.. Who else here is freaking excited for it?! I'm REALLY hoping they're going for a Yin and Yang thing with the games, seeing as the games are called Black and White. I'm also hoping they won't go with the whole Dark vs. Psychic (Or even a Light Type) thing, I mean, Psychic can't even normally hit Dark Types, and Dark is strong against Psychic, no Yin and Yan thing going on with those two types! Besides, we already have enough Psychic Type Legendaries! We don't need more, especially not as mascots for the games! Personally, I'd rather they go for Normal vs. Ghost, seeing as neither can hit each other (Except for Normal with certain moves that allow them to. ... Why isn't there a move that allows Ghost Types to hit Normal Types?!), so it'd be much more like Yin and Yang, opposites! And to be honest, WE NEED MORE GHOST TYPE LEGENDARIES! .. Heck, we need more Ghost Types period! >.<

Veph, I'm with you. I went into the Johto E4 with my team leveled 40 - 44. I did pretty good. Until I got to Lance. And had my poor Vaporeon's tail kicked by his dragonite's Outrage. Followed by the rest of my team. Dragonite lost some reputation there, that's for sure.

Whew, this levelling is taking forever. xD I'm slowly getting there though. Aside from Lugia (48) my entire team is level 40 now. Just the last grind to 45 for all of them and I'll attempt the Elite 4. *crosses fingers*
