[SUBJECT OF TAME] - Blue Deep Sea Crab
[TALENT TREE SPECIALIZATION] - Tenacity
[LOCATION OF TAME] - Duskwallow Marsh
[TIME OF TAME] - 4:00PM MST
[SERVER OF TAME]- Thrall-US
[PET NAMED] - Kani (Kah-nee) Japanese for Crab
[NAME OF HUNTER TAMING] - Raevon, level 46 Draenei Hunter
We'll start off with the tame, the location of these little fellows are right outside of Theramore Keep - they are relatively easy to tame for my
level 40+ hunter seeing how they are 35-37 range. I had no problems at all taming, and while I was taming my druid boyfriend [feral druid, tank]
who I am leveling with snagged some lovely screenshots this one above being my chosen out of them all. I've never been keen on crabs,
I prefer bears and with a tank/feral druid leveling with me I've never had much use for a tanky-based pet. Though I do have Orso, Raevon's Grey Bear.
Blue being my favorite color, I did have a minor fondness of his shade of blue and his cute spiky model even though
I haven't particularly cared for them in the past on my Blood Elf (originally Night Elf) hunter Foxsong, he did kind of
match the "theme" if you will of colors that I have had with my Draenei since starting to level her. His clunky claws,
and occasional movement while idle was cute despite the fact I'm not fond of the noise they make when they run off
to attack something.
I decided to start my journey with my little Crab, Kani, in Tanaris where my boyfriend and I were picking back up leveling - Basilisk were the first
on the list of victims to be maimed and killed. Being a hunter, I have to enjoy the combat look of my pet and the noise it makes and while I'm not
too fond of the clunkiness the crab seems to have Kani was cute for his model.
Kani found a scorpion he wasn't fond of, which I looked closer at his "actions" in combat he looked kind of like a little mini-boxer with his left hook
and then a right hook. He was super adorable even if he did seem a bit clumsy with such big claws - he took down the scorpion all by himself like a
little champ only to skitter back to my side. I'm still not fond of crabs, but he has a uniqueness about him that could grow on me given the chance.
At the end of the day, while I am highly fond of my little baby Hunter's, Raevon, little Grey Bear Orso Kani had a look about him that made me willing
to give him a chance to win me over. While I am not sure if he'll stay in her stable, he will certainly stick around for today's quests and while my
boyfriend and I fiddle around with the little toons. I would say that Crabs, while not having a real useful ability (more of a PvP based one imo) are
kind of cute in their own unique way. We'll see if Kani makes the cut.
AGAIN?!

[SUBJECT OF TAME] - Blue and Red Boss Wasp [Stinglasher]
[TALENT TREE SPECIALIZATION] - Cunning
[LOCATION OF TAME] - Feralas
[TIME OF TAME] - 5:00PM MST
[SERVER OF TAME]- Thrall-US
[PET NAMED] - Shimiru which means "to sting" in Japanese
[NAME OF HUNTER TAMING] - Raevon, level 53 Draenei Hunter
Stinglasher, is a quest spawn out in Feralas located near the Silithid hive. He was once again, rather easy to tame as he was level 39
and Raevon was 53 at the time. My boyfriend, Fawlcon, and I flew out to Feralas from where we were questing (Wintersprings) to pick
up this little guy to drag around with me to see if I could get attached to him.
He is a pretty light shade of blue, hard to miss in the harsh green setting out in Feralas - while he is pretty, he just wasn't what I was thinking
for Rae in terms of pets. But, I figured what the heck I'd give him a try and see what I thought after a while of running around and having him tag
along beside her. Normally I quest with either Koichi, the rare spawn clutch mother out in Ashenvale, or Orso, her grey bear - but I set them aside
for this little wasp.
We headed back off to Wintersprings to start our "quests" out there. I wanted to see if I could "meld" with him a little better as to keep him apart of
my stable. We met up with the dwarf quest giver to start picking up quests together, excitedly, to press on towards the level cap. He buzzed quietly next
to Rae as we scurried along from Everlook, his wings flutter rapidly in attempts to keep up pace with her and for me that was a bit of a turn-off. He just
didn't mesh with her movement, and looked awkward and at times lagged horridly behind and went even more rapidly to catch up.
Attack wise, he lashes out at the target with his little razor arms and stings at them with his stinger. I wasn't overly impressed with his attack actions
nor was I impressed by his ability to stun a target. He did his fair share of damage, of course, as a cunning pet he doesn't specialize in damage dealing
but he could take it as well as he could deal it. He makes a hiss noise when he flutters off to attack, and periodically throughout combat as well. Overall,
I wasn't impressed and I couldn't see him holding a perma home in Raevons stables.
By and by, after finishing a few quests here and there I figured out he wasn't the pet for Raevon. Perhaps it is his color, because I've had wasps before
on Foxsong and they were charming or maybe it is just the fact Raevon doesn't meld with Wasps as well! Regardless we returned him to Feralas, and he
battled one last Silithid for Raevon to protect her before he fluttered off into the forest!
AGAIN?!

[SUBJECT OF TAME] - White Cataclysm Crocolisk [Ripscale]
[TALENT TREE SPECIALIZATION] - Tenacity
[LOCATION OF TAME] - Duskwallow Marsh
[TIME OF TAME] - Yesterday, 9:00PM
[SERVER OF TAME]- Thrall-US
[PET NAMED] - Yajuu [Yah-Jew] means Monster in Japanese
[NAME OF HUNTER TAMING] - Raevon, level 53 Draenei Hunter
Ripscale, is a rare spawn crocolisk in Duskwallow Marsh, originally my boyfriend and I lazily hopped on our horde toons to move out to Duskwallow faster
to see if he was even up at the time. The initial search around 8:00PM turned up only a yellow worm but no Ripscale, alas we hopped back over to the
lowbies to continue our attempt at 85. Around 8:45PM, close to 9PM, I requested that my boyfriend hop back over to his mage, Acadium, to do another
fly over and if he spotted anything that I'd be on my way to Booty Bay to hop the boat to Ratchet. Ripscale is HUGE, compared to his other Crocolisk
counterparts. My boyfriend proceeded to sheep him, safely, as to avoid detection in case anyone else was nearby. I hopped a gryphon to Booty Bay
on my little one, the boat to Ratchet and then flew to Theramore. My boyfriend shared his screen on Skype to give me an estimate as to where it
was located, with little to no area explored on my little ones map it made for a fun search. Upon finding him, I began the tame to which the entirety
of his large monstrous body covered my little Raevon and therefore left her invisible in the tame picture. We considered it to be a "crocky" hug!
Upon taming, I fell in love with him. He matched Raevon to a tee, and I love the new Cataclysm Crocolisk models - I named him Yajuu, meaning
Monster in Japanese! He was quite the charmer, and we decided to tromp around Duskwallow for a bit to find some things to test what he looked
like upon attacking.
Upon finding mobs to attack, I found that he has a slight "glitchy" look about him when he attacks - half his body disappears into the target.
I can't say that I'm fond of it, but other mobs he did just fine on. He lunges from a low position, mouth open and attempts to clamp at the target
his ability is to slow the target which is useful if I happen to pull off of him. He looked cute in the water attacking, as his little butt waggles back
and forth. After tromping around for a bit we headed off to Swamp of Sorrows to catch Fawlcon up to Raevon in quest zones.
Upon arrival, we afk'd for a bit and I thought it'd be cute to snag a picture of them chilling at the goblins beach party. Of course, little Yajuu wanted
to go into the water! Staying true to his Crocolisk roots. After we hung out with the Goblins we proceeded to do some quests, mostly underwater
where I fell in love with his swim animation. He smoothly glides through the water much like a real Crocodile would.
Little Yajuu, will be staying in Raevon's stable for now! However, Raevon already has a beloved tank named Orso who does quite well at his job.
That and Orso has been with Raevon since a low level, and she has gotten quite attached to that cheeky bear. Yajuu will find is use I'm sure and
if not Raevon will let him return to his home in Duskwallow Marsh!
[I'd go again if it isn't too much trouble, otherwise don't worry about it it gives me something to do]

First off, sorry this took so long - I've been busy leveling, as well as moving this hunter [little Draenei] from Thrall-US to Moon Guard-US and therefore
was trying to get accustomed to the new guild, and new server. HOWEVER, I did finally get around to getting this done and up!
[SUBJECT OF TAME] - Hive'Zora Tunneler (Yellow Beetle)
[TALENT TREE SPECIALIZATION] - Tenacity
[LOCATION OF TAME] - Silithus
[TIME OF TAME] - 11:00AM
[SERVER OF TAME]- Moon Guard-US
[PET NAMED] - Skitters, temp name for a temp pet
[NAME OF HUNTER TAMING] - Lokiia, level 82 Draenei Hunter
Well, Skitters was located in Silithus and was level 55 upon taming which was smooth as icing on a cake for my already level 82 hunter.
He was found in the midst of the hive, along with some wasps and he stood out because he was the only one not agro-able simply by striding past.
The tame was easy, and smooth, no spells to interrupt it that I noticed and with him being 55 he did no damage to my hunter as she tamed.
After which, the new beetle, myself, and my boyfriend headed out to Hyjal to return to our questing goals – I figured it was best to give him a
real challenge rather than making my judgment based on running around and slaughtering level 55 silithids.
Once out in Hyjal we began our quests, after summoning my boyfriend, we took on level 81 Twilight Scorchlords for the quest Breakthrough –
as well as killing a Twilight Field Captain for his glyph of opening for the quest The Hammer and the Key. Things went generally smoothly, Skitters
being of the tenacity family tree was a decent tank needing little healing and being able to take on multiple adds at once with ease. When not in combat
he idles by looking about dramatically, his antennas atop his head swivel around wildly not to mention he makes little to no noise while idle making him a quiet pet.
However, once in combat he is quite the wild little bugger – being very dramatic and overly enthused with his attacks ranging from what appears
to be a kung-fu lunge attack to a more withdrawn attack with his bottom he doesn’t hesitate to battle his enemies. He also has an ability called
“Harden Carpace” which hardens his body to take 50% less damage from incoming attacks. Of course, it is a useful move for a tanking companion.
I wasn’t overly enthralled by his combat actions, at times made him look funny but overall he did what he is meant to do – keep agro, and do damage.
After finishing the two quests listed above, we went about saving Wardens – Skitters followed loyally as we bounded about both on foot,
and by air to locate the lost wardens that needed our aid. He is kind of cute, for a bug, when he runs and his stagey idle animations make him
for an enjoyable side-kick but the one thing that bugged me overall was his gaudy yellow bodice that seemed to clash with the blue stripes that were on his body.
At the end of the day, however, Skitters simply didn’t fit in color-wise with Loki’s beloved family and thus she returned to Silithus to let him return
to his family of buggy-like proportions. Perhaps she will look into getting a beetle better suited for her color-wise, but she did enjoy doing several
quests with her newfound friend and wishes him the best in his bug life.
Again?
