Okay so I fnally made pokedex entrys for my starters!:

Myahla(grass):
They spend most of thier time playing with each other, it is rare to see one by itself in the wild.

pokedex entry 2 for them:
Myahlas tend to have soft and furry flesh that tends to be tender so to protect they will retreat in thier hard seed shell


Cusera(fire):
Smoke always comes out of thier nostrils thanks to the volcano on its back, they make good pillows due to thier large size

pokedex entry 2:
It stores lava in its body, which is why they stop to warm up in the sun as a source of nutrients

Wayern(water):
Despite only haveing two limbs they can easily swim as fast as a jet boat thier thier tail! however this is sort lasted because the weight of its shell soon slows it down

pokedex entry 2:
NO one knows what thier actual face looks like, it won't show even in bright light, it is said that if you ever saw its face you would be cursed to live in water for the rest of your life

I am not sure whether I really consider those legendaries a quartet, or the Unova trio...because the last of the 'quartet' is not with the others in the pokedex, but appears more towards the end where as other legentadry groups are next to eachother (in dex #). I think the last one is mostley included because it is also a Type/fighting duel.
the last of the 'quartet' is also the only one not found/captured during regular gameplay. so...I am still on the fence with that one because it's doesnt follow the set legendary grouping. (Bird trio, beast trio, lake trio, regi-trio) *Regigigas was introduced later*

They have all been trios...and in the Unova pokedex, they are laid out in a trio format...with pokedex 638,639,640...and 647. Also the Cloud trio are broken up with pokedex 641, 641...645.

I wonder why they decided to break them up as such...

Except that it's fairly obvious that Keldeo is a part of the quartet. He has the same ability (Heart of Justice) as the other three, which happens to be exclusive to them only, baring certain Dream World Pokemon. He learns Sacred Sword, the trio's signature move. Not to mention that to learn his own signature move, Sword of Mystery, the player has to be in Sekka Wetlands, and have Cobalon, Terrakion and Virizion also in the party. All of this, combined with the fact that the three are based on the Three Musketeers. In the story of the Three Musketeers, there was actually a fourth one that joined them later on. Hence.. Keldeo.

And how do I know all of this..? Bulbapedia! Why? Because I'm gonna have a Terrakion for my Black team, and so had to go read up on him and the others! XD

All this talk though from before on pokemon looking like other pokemon, i've ended up drawing 2.5 fusion types...lol. Flygon cross Houndoom, Umbreon cross Espeon, and working on the Manetrike cross Luxray...though it's proving to be the most difficult.

Yeah, I was reading a list of the supposed English names and for a lot of them I was like "Darn I like the Japanese names better. :<" Some of the English names are rather weird (I seriously have SO much trouble pronouncing Confagrigus for some reason. Not even going into trying to spell it.) but we'll get used to them soon enough I'm sure.

Also I need to re-plan my team for my first play through now that I can get a Zoroak (Got my shiny Raikou on the 8th yaaaaaaaay). I've lost count of how many times I've changed my team up. xD

As for Pikachu... I don't know why but it annoys me for some reason, heh. Maybe because the darn thing is everywhere. And whenever I happen to mention Pokémon to my non-Pokémoning family they squeal out "PIKACHUUUUU" in their highest voice possible in an attempt to annoy me or get some eyerolls. It's quite entertaining when my dad does, it, actually.

Yeah, same here. Though Shandera's supposed name isn't half bad... It's better than what they could have called it XD And... Apparently, according to that list.. TERRAKION IS STILL TERRAKION! YESSSSSSSS!!!! Virizion is the same too! .. Poor Cobalon got an 'i' in his name XD

I am surprised that Wargle got its name changed, though.. Considering the fact that Wargle is a combonation of two English words..

Aaaand I'm still gonna call Desukan Desukan. I'll probably end up getting used to its new name eventually.. Buuuut I think I'll continue to call it Desukan <3

Cofagrigus iss really easy to pronounce. Cof-a-Gri-gas (sounded like coffin and gigas but with an R tossed in)
Theres a reason I try not to learn the japanese names, because when they get translated to english its always a dissapointment.

Yeah, Pikachu is the widest known pokemon outside the "pokemon community" i think maybe thats why Pikachu usually just ends up in the PC once I catch it. Although I really like Riachu. And of course, Flygon is my Favourite.

I dont think you can import any pre-gen V pokemon until after you beat the elite in B&W. The plan was to submerge players into a completely new pokemon inhabited world without the distractions of previouse generations.

Really? And I thought you just couldn't find Pokémon of the previous gens until you beat the E4. You can transport Celebi and the Beasts over right away though, right?

And you dont get the national dex or access to the pokeshifter until after the elite is beaten.


Post elite:

Well I have gotten a togekiss before the national dex, and my friend did trade me palkia after he was claering his game on pearl if thats what you mean kam

Ruby are you talking about the Pokemon B&W games or the previousse generation games? because I think we're talking about B&W. Kam was talking about getting Zoroak right off the bat by transfering the shiny legendary beast over to unlock it for her main playthrough team. But I dont thing you can transfer over previouse gen pokemon until after the elite in B&W.

Hmm. Okay, I looked up the Legendary Beasts on Serebii and found this. It seems like you don't use the Pokéshifter to transport the event Beasts and instead use this Transfer Machine. The Transfer Machine ONLY takes the shiny Legendary Beasts, Celebi, and a Lock Capsule and you can't use it to transfer normal Pokés. But it doesn't say if it's available before the National Dex. Blahhrg.

And yeah, Ruby, I'm just trying desperately to get my Zoroak on my first playthrough team for B/W. I'm all good on the previous generations.

Also, Caught Cobalon last night on the 2nd try and only took 5 dusk balls! Was very happy with that...Named it Gazel lol. (hard to name things with a 5 character limit).

Going to see about catching Virizion later today, hopefully it will be just as easy...though probably not since it knows Giga drain...

Of the three, I think Terrakion is the only one that I like the shiny version more...so I might have to try the soft reset when I get to him.

Why are teams so difficult to plan out. Uggg there are too many Pokémon I adore in this Gen.

Still gonna use LoZ boss names for Nuzlocke run, though. And use Enbuoh. Because he's seriously just that awesome that I can use him twice.
