I only got an hour of sleep last night. I want to sleep now but I'd feel bad sleeping since my friend is here with me and he is wide awake. I'm trying to talk and play Y's Oath in Felghana but I keep dozing slightly and getting killed by this boss which is annoying me even more. I wish I could sleep at night but I just can't for some reason. I'll sleep 3-5 hours a day and then one random day I will sleep for 12 hours or so. Sigh.

Got bored so I went on a search once again for wallpapers, annoys the hell out of me how many black and white photos of Tom Cruise, Robert Pattinson, Beyonce, etc there are. Do people really want these as wallpapers? -.-

Have you thought of checking to see if you're anemic? Lack of iron can cause that and it was an issue with a family member of mine.

Sleep apnea can also kill a good night's sleep, no matter how long you're asleep for. Definitely worth seeing your doctor; he/she may not be able to fix the problem, but can direct you to a specialist if you need one.

Clogged stormwater drains, in a city famous for its high annual rainfall. The Student Union building on the SPU campus wound up with a large room flooded. It wasn't an exceptional rainstorm, considering that this is Seattle, but somehow one key drain utterly failed, and all the water that would have normally gone down said drain had nowhere left to go but through a pair of double doors that open to said room. One of the janitors was using a mop to literally sweep water out of the room and into a (working) stormwater drain outside another pair of doors. An identical drain outside the emergency exit of another room in the same building also got clogged, but most of that water was able to go into the nearby landscaping, turning the soil into dirt soup. Only a little bit of water came into that room.

On a related note, I'm also miffed at whoever designed our student union building. The drains that were put in place around that building (they are certainly unique; don't see this kind of design often) appear to be liable to fail. On top of that, the design of a particular set of stairs effectively walled in the water that was to go down the clogged drain, and amplified the problem today by forcing all the water that trickles down to that drain into the building. Not some of the water, but all.

Sure gave me a new perspective on the power of rain, though.

Cooked some bacon and eggs for dinner tonight. Think I may have gone a little overboard though, the formerly yummy bacon is now sitting like a rock in my stomach and the leftover fumes are wafting into my nose, making me feel rather nausiated. :<

I was at work the other night, went to take out the garbage and the bag broke, spilling papers (but luckily nothing gross) halfway across the parking lot (they were non-recyclable, glossy store flyers).

Anyway, no less than 4 people walked by me while I was strugging to pick them all up wearing my winter gloves, with not one offer to help. One woman, one of the hairdressers from the salon next door, even said "spilled your garbage?" then proceeded to go on to her car.

I don't know how any of them were raised, but if I saw someone in the same situation, I'd offer to help. Guess the story of the Good Samaritan isn't all that popular in my town.

I'm just glad I *only* spilled the garbage. I don't want to know how long I might have been out there for if I slipped on the ice and cracked my skull open or something like that.

When playing solo and fighting a group of mobs, my pet's current target dies - and even though it's on "defensive" and the other 5 mobs have been whacking it for the last minute or so, pet happily comes trotting back to me as if fight is over... with the remaining mobs in tow. So not only do I now look like a n00b, the mobs (just coincidentally!) have now stepped out of my AOE trap.

Stoopid pet AI. >.>

My absolutely horrible crippling fear of being in a car. I can't do anything nice with anyone without fighting a panic attack on the way there. I was in a pretty bad accident with my dad, sitting in the front seat, and I didn't break anything - just busted my knee and very nearly bit my tongue off - but it still scared me pretty badly. It's been a few years since then, but I can barely stand to sit in a car at all, much less think about driving it.

I'm going to be useless for the rest of my life. :l

Naw. I hate driving cause I've witnessed accidents and have been in a minor one myself.

I hear you. I'm overdue for my first pair of bifocals but have been getting by with a cheapie pair of drugstore reading glasses.

My rant: people who park their shopping carts in the middle of the aisle, so no one can get by. Just how hard is it to stay on one side or the other? I take a deep breath, and remind myself they can not help their mental deficiencies. I target them and their progeny with a light dose of my psychic sterilizing ray, and move on.

It's the little things that drive me crazy.

The people who gave me and my mates those "You should feel ashamed of your self" and "your a slut" looks when we went adult toy shoping today. My god we are 20 something year olds we can go into any store we want too. Thanks for ruining my day that could of been really awesome.

I finally stopped dragging my feet and went to the nearest small town to there Hospital (10x less the wait time) as the province pays for our health care (yah Canada!) and they hooked me up to this heart thingy to rule out my heart. Then took a chest X-Ray and found out my left side of my chest inflamed.

So to stay on topic..Having a inflamed chest is frustrating.
