I'd like her pet, the Devilsaur, to be in the background and bigger than she is. I'd also like them both to be walking, not running.

With wich program did you make your signature? If it is Photoshop, there might be Image Ready coming along with it an this is able to handle animGIFs and layers.

I used a free version of Paint Shop Pro which I've had forever, but it doesn't seem to have that Animation program you mentioned.
