I'd love another Loque model <3

jessi i like you but another loque would make me one sad panda... i have him and i love using him, but i also enjoy the fact hes very unique. i hate the other cat models to death, and other spirit beast... meh i have em all but i olny use loque cause hes just beautiful... and i feel his beauty is diminished if there was an easier form of him to get.... they different pets but... maybe instead of cloning him with different colors they just make a new kitteh?

I don't speak very often (hardcore lurker), but I'd like to tell you which skin I think is going to show up.

And that would be the orange outland chimaera.

It already has the right colour scheme, and lore wise, Chimaeras are creatures that can be found around Hyjal. In fact, wowpedia states they protect the world tree itself. So what if one found it's way into Firelands, and was twisted into a fiery version?(yes, I'm thinking flame effects )
Or maybe it actually lives there on its own. Who knows?

I'm sorry you feel that way. I think many forget what makes a pet special in the first place. Not because it's a one of a kind skin or you are one of few to have it to be a special snowflake(or whatever) but it's the MEMORIES of it. YOUR special bond. So the hell what if it shares it with something else? Why should you care? It won't change the love you have for your pet. And if it does, then maybe you didn't care much for it in the first place to be so heavily swayed due to a look-a-like. Just my two-cents for those downing the idea of a few recolors/reuses. I'd rather see this topic be happy, not sad with complaints.

I know everyone wants to be a special and unique snowflake with their derpy-faced lazer kitty, but a reskinned Loque won't be the end of the word and would make quite a few people I know very, very happy.

So many people have Loque already that NO ONE with him is a special or unique snowflake anyway.

okay, there are a large group of hunters on my server (not everywhere cause this is how it effects me) even smaller group that are BM EVEN smaller group that use it regularly, and of those hunters very few have/use loque, on average i know of 6 people that use him regularly (a ton of people into wolves for some reason... ehh) even then hes always in my team and the first pet i use in anything, unless another buff needs covered. hes still pretty unique. i love it to death and because others cant farm for him like i did they get a remake? you have to understand why thats bothering me

I'd love a Loque! Especially if it had colouring similar to this kitty. I know, cliche and unoriginal, but a corrupted Loque would be brilliant, including lore-wise. Perhaps it could be another mate of Harkoa, twisted by Deathwing or the Twilight Cultists? We already have cases of her babies being corrupted, why not a consort? /bad reasoning

Also, one thing I think people are forgetting is that these are rares as well. It won't make your rare pet who has a similar model/skin any less special, because the people who have these ones would have worked just as hard.(:

Again...these new beasts are rares the same as the Northrend ones...how are these easier to obtain? x)

The entire point of these pet challenges is for the tames to be challenging. The hard work of camping and fighting for tames with other hunters will still be there. The only difference is that you won't have jackasses flying in and be able to kill the beastie.

(Grats to those of us on PvP servers, since they can still kill you.)

Uh, I'm not sure if you read what I wrote the way I intended it. These new pets are rare, just like the Northrend pets. They are in fact harder to get, due to the taming gimmicks. It's not going to devalue your pet. It's not like they're dumping the exact same skin onto every mob in the area. This is a rare, just like your pet.

I think that's translated as "I really love Loque and people I know do too". He's well-loved by a decent part of the hunter community but he's hardly the most sought after. If that were the case I would have spent more than a few hours flying lazy circles above the Basin on a Full pop realm. :/

You're missing the point. The reskin wouldn't be Loque. No one is getting Loque 'easier'. Getting Loque is as easy as sitting on your butt and waiting anyway, but no one is going to take your 'I tamed Loque!' award away and give it to someone who wants a reskin. They might get a 'I tamed Foofoocuddlebutt!' award.

okay remove your clothing and slow CC the hell out of one of them, i camped loque for almost two months loosing him to death knights pallies and even a shaman who killed him midway though my tame, if all i had to do was strip naked to tame him i would have gladly done it

This is basically a "your results may vary" situation, depending on your server. I can tell you right now that stripping naked to tame a pet on a PvP server in a zone EVERYONE WILL BE DOING DAILIES IN is a game of Russian roulette that you're bound to lose.
