I'm mostly just amused by this quiz, though I definitely don't think it is accurate at all. I'e commented on there with my results, but I know that I'm not a bad hunter and I'm certainly not a "huntard".

Posting my results here as well, for all to see.

{Adding my answers because I feel I can}

1.) Does your stable cover every buff a dungeon or raid can find useful? {Honestly, no. I tame what I tame because I like the pet.}

2.) Most of them? {I don’t think so, no. I have like… ten pets, maybe.}

3.) Does your stable contain every single latest rarespawn? {Nope.}

4.) ….every Spirit Beast? {I only have two, and I’m thinking about getting rid of one. Haven’t yet because of how long I spent camping him and I really do want to love him…}

5.) If yes to 3.) and/or 4.), do those rarespawns cover the buffs that are missing from your stable because you had to catch ‘em all? {lolno}

6.) 5 Madexxes + 5 Molten Front rare spiders =

a.) 10 pets with no PvE purpose in my stable

b.) 10 pets with no PvE purpose not in my stable

c.) 10 pets with no PvE purpose, but I PvP ocassionally and keep one of each for the utility

d.) OMG BLIZZ WE NEED MORE STABLE SLOTS {Answer to all of this: I only want Deth, because his skin is gorgeous. Other than that, I could care less. And I don’t want more stable slots, I barely use the ones we have.}

7.) Do you “bond” with your pixel pet? {Of course I do. I love then. ;u;}

8.) If someone asks you not to use a rare pet because its native zone is currently hotly camped, do you refuse because you have to “bond” with your pet everywhere, including its native spawn points? {If someone asks me politely, I’ll put it away. Otherwise I probably won’t think about it. And if they’re rude I’m not going to do what they ask.}

9.) If “yes” to 8.), are you wracked with guilt and suffer many sleepless nights over the other 24 pets you are “bonded” with that you are now cruelly ignoring? {…I don’t ignore them. I’ve had most of those pets for a very long time and I try to use them all equally. However, I do tend to have a new pet out for a month or so near-constantly. After that, though, the normal rotation goes again.}

10.) Does that “bond” diminish if there is a common counterpart introduced to your rare’s skin? {Nope. I’m more likely to tame Dante than Maddexx, and I’d love it if a corrupted!Loque came out. I love my pets for who they are, not how rare they are.}

11.) ….or if too many other hunters begin using it? {Again, no. For some reason I tend to use skins I almost never see others with, and I’d love to see some of those skins be used more.}

12.) Do you make up little RP reasons why you release the poor beast from 10.) to soothe your guilty conscience? {No. They all have backstories and personalities, yes, but if I’m not clicking with the pet I’m not clicking with it. I don’t need to make up a reason to make me feel batter about releasing it. If I’m that sad about it, I probably shouldn’t have released it in the first place.}

13.) Do you use a spider in an instance or raid? {I don’t really do dungeons or raids much, and I don’t have a spider at this time. I might, however, once I get one. If I like the pet then I like the pet, and if I’m a good hunter then I know how to use that pet correctly. Buffs aren’t that important to me— I’ll preform better if the pet means more to me than if it’s something I’ve just picked up to cover a buff.}

14.) Do you grumble about oppression when you are asked to provide a buff instead of using your current favorite? {Nope. If the party/raid really wants the buff and I have that pet with me or we are close to a stable and I own it, I’ll pull it out. I won’t go tame a pet just for a buff, though.}

15.) Have you ever said “It’s my $15, I play how I want”? {No. I say, “It’s a game, I’m here to have fun, I’m going to do what I consider fun unless it hampers your own fun”. I refuse to claim I have a right to whatever I want because I pay 15$ a month.}

16.) Have you said this while using a rarespawn when another player overwrites the pet’s buff? {No, I don’t say it.}

17.) Do you think your dungeon or raid group is really impressed you have the latest rare when another player overwrites the pet’s buff? {No? I don’t know, I don’t care. As I’ve said, I’ll use the pet that I work best with. Any good party will understand that and my reasoning behind it. I want to do the best I can, even if it means not providing a buff, not do a half-assed job with a non-esential buff running.}

18.) Do you use Kibler’s Bits to make sure they notice it? {I dislike the glow Kibler’s Bits gives. I also use the glyph that reduces pet size because I don’t like super large pets.}

19.) Have you ever said “it’s just a dungeon, I do what I want”? {I’ve said, “It’s just a PuG, and those buffs aren’t essential anyway”. So yeah, I guess. But never in a PuG. That’s always on the forums.}

20.) Do you have a rare out when saying this? {As it’s only on the forums, no.}

21.) ….and is it a Spirit Beast when there is another class providing that buff? {Again, no.}

22.) Trueshot Aura = Blessing Of Might? {…I should really read up on buffs again. I have no idea what you’re talking about. OTL}

23.) Do you carry more than one Spirit Beast with you when “on the job”? {Nope. I have one SB that stays with me all the time, as well as a cat and a fox who do.}

24.) ….and more than one cat? {Just one.}

25.) Do you know how and when to turn Growl off? {Yes and in dungeons/raids.}

26.) ….Thunderstomp? {Again, yep.}

27.) If you had all five Madexxes, do you still have them now? {I don’t have any Madexxes.}

28.) Do you find this test to be “whiny”? {Not really, though I have found posts like it to be. That tends to be more of the wording of the post itself, however.}

29.) If yes to 28.), do you find that to be “whiny”? {Again, no.}

30.) “QQ moar”? {QQ roar!}

31.) Do you “bond” with your latest rares in the middle of Orgrimmar or Stormwind doing absolutely nothing? {No, I bond with them by going and questing, doing dailies, or doing archaeology— all things I do anyway. The only thing I do in the cities that I consider bonding is fishing.}

32.) ….for more than 1 hour? {Nope.}

“Yes” to 1, 2, 22, 25, 27, and b.) or c.) to 6 = Congrats! You know some of the most important basics of our class, and you likely realize this is Azeroth, not Kanto. You are a team player and do not deserve the reputation the rest of them give us.
“Yes” to any of the others? If it’s only a few, then there is always hope. More than that? Call yourself a “pet collector” the way Locke calls himself a “Treasure Hunter”. You want to show off, and will wriggle any sort of excuse you can manage to say you AREN’T just “showing off”. You can call yourself a “hunter” again when you remove the /epeenflex from your action bar and put something there that is actually productive. However, thank you in advance for the comic strips your bad will surely inspire.
