Which armour set will you use?

I don't like the PVE version of it, but the arena set would be cool, if they add that back..

Thank you thank you, Sigrah, for all that work! Unfortunately, it 'reveals' that a good portion of the armor sets with the colorations I favor suffer from chain-mail bikini syndrome. At least with the Scorpid set it is only problematic above the waist, and I wear a brown shirt all the time, anyway.

which is grossly unfortunate! cause i actually don't mind the level 12 hunter leather gear you can get from the vendor.

that said, it makes me wonder if we can just puts little enchants on statless gear to get away with it anyway...

Ever since they announced what Transmogrification would do, my girlfriend asked me to find her cloth and mail sets (she's not good with wowhead and it's 3d viewer) for some of her toons. I figured I'd take note of ones I liked as well (the green iron set looks very hunter like to me, and is my favorite). As for my girlfriend, she wants these cloth sets for her Blood Elf Priest:

I have that Venomshroud robe (yay, spiders!), but I never knew the boots had such an interesting look! (I don't mind the wispy clothes for about town, just can't stand wearing them in combat.)

Well, all we know at this point is that items "in general" will need to have stats to be used in transmogrification. What "in general" means is anyone's guess, and could have been stated that way to prevent people from getting the idea of trying to make it look like they're wearing dress clothes and holiday outfits. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. The only set in stone restrictions we've been told about are:

1) You won't be able to change one armor type to look like another.
2) You won't be able to change one weapon type to look like another (except for guns, bows, and crossbows).
3) You won't be able to change gear to look like holiday outfits, special non-combat outfits (tuxedos, dresses, etc), and "silly" items (fish, farm implements like pitchforks, etc).
4) You won't be able to use legendary graphics on non-legendary gear (or the other way around).
5) You won't be able to transmogrify heirlooms.

I'm not really gonna use any single set. Instead, I'll be mixing and matching gear that looks similar. For example, these shoulders with this helm on my Warrior. I could try out some mixed/matched sets of greens and blues as well.

All my rp gear is leather. ;-; I love looking like a druid but it's all leather gear ugh. I need to collect some mail sets. I have some old tier pieces but no hunter tier set I REALLY liked.

I do have Crown of Destruction from back when I raided MC in vanilla. Probably will just use that for a while.

Do we know yet whether it will be possible to transmogrify an item into that of another class set, provided we own that piece? As in, for example, I am a Mage who owns a Warlock-only robe, would I be able to use the warlock look?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I remember Blizzard saying that you had to be able to equip the item you want the skin from in order for you to use it on something else.
