I think a combination of the belly dance linked by Sylvia, and the original one linked by Veph would be great for the females. Add some sass and goofy fun to a skilled rythm dance? It'd be awesome. Males just need a funny jiggle dance. After all, if you think about it, the only reason that dance command is in the game is to goof around.

Since all previous dances in the game have drawn inspiration from popular references of some kind -- I'm going to stick with tradition and guess that Blizzard will select something for both male and female Pandas that is very well known by most people.

Here are some ideas I came up with ...

Male Pandas
Teach Me How To Dougie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cma5wOMKfyg. The best thing about this option is that the dance itself can be customized around the basic moves. Adding a few "martial arts" moves into the routine would make it a perfect fit.
Although, the idea of Pandas groovin' out to "I'm Sexy and I Know It" is a very tempting, and amusing concept


Female Pandas

These type of folk dances incoporate a lot of asian themed moves into the routine. 0:00-1:15 is a nice mix between our current female troll and female draenei dances. I didn't watch the rest of the video but I felt the first routine was a good representation of what I was thinking.

I will be so utterly disappointed in Blizzard if the male panda dance isn't some rendition of the Kung Fu Fighting dance. Some people may argue it's racist, but I don't think many of those people watch a lot of the old Japanese movies where most of those exaggerated cinema fighting techniques spawned from. Of course, pandaren are mostly based on Chinese stereotypes, but I do hope they mix in other Asian ethnicities all throughout the expansion and avoid focusing on one in particular.

I feel like they really dropped the ball with the worgen dances last year. The male was one that was out of left field and something pretty uncharacteristic of worgen in general, then the female one was just really disappointing because they probably picked the worst Lady Gaga dance of them all. I hope that that was due to licensing issues and not because they really thought it was the best. (QQ WHY NOT BAD ROMANCE, BLIZZARD? WHYYYY)

I just hope they pick recognizable dances in general.

I think the bubbly nature of the females mirror this dance wonderfully. I do like the Bollywood dance linked above, but some of the others are not fitting at all for them. Fan dances would work, but the belly dances look too similar to dances already currently in game. I still wish they would make the idle where they do that 'I'm adorable and I know it' animation would be made into an emote though. I just think some race idles make the chars look silly in certain situations. Sighing or bouncing or making a shy animation during a particularly serious cutscene is just... But I digress.

I think the dance should be clearly Chinese or Chinese-inspired, like a Tai Chi or Fan dance or a kung fu moves incorporated into it. Anything Beijing operaish sounds good too. I was thinking of the Beaty Song from House of Flying Daggers, but it's a sleeves dance so it doesn't work :/
