Yey! Good that u have a friend that helps out! I had one to wile i was camping Aeonaxx. The friend i have my first Aeonaxx spawn to! ^^

Hehe yeah =D, I've finished the Aeonaxx picture, but I don't like it very much; didn't come out quite the way i wanted D:.
The gray pencil had been used to much and sharpened to small =P so I ended up having to try use a greyled instead.

Thanks Snowbird and Meepit =D. Vyra had an early spawn today around 1:55pm, so I get to do a big long / or short =P camp tonight.
Was thinking of drawing a baby Aeonaxx or Proto-Drake..maybe both ;D.

Been camping since about 6pm ( 4 hours from the last Vyragosa kill)...12:45am now and not a sign of either of them D:. Hopefully something shows before i head off to bed.

EDIT: Has now been 12 hours since the last Vyra kill, longest spawn I've come across, hopefully I didn't miss something D:.

Stayed up till about 4am last nights *hugs the person who invented holidays!* Though still no sign of Vyra, definitely must have missed a spawn. On the upside i found her at 12:42pm this afternoon =D so I'll be returning soon.

Also just did a quick sweep of Uldum, found another Mysterious Camel Figurine, that makes 12 crumbled dusts; One day I'll get picked up in that mini tornado..one day =P.

good luck, nice to see you're catching so many spawns...I'm approaching the 5 month mark for my Aeonaxx camp and all i've seen is one blood seeker. personally it only took me 2 days to get TLPD but clearly aeonaxx is taking his sweet time with my hunter lol. don't drive yourself crazy from camping, i ended up becoming obsessed and every time i had to log out he spawned and the local botter or passerby got it. but anyways, you're an amazing artist and i hope you have better luck than me with rare spawns heh

Hehe yeah, oh wow that's crazy! Pretty awesome to get TLPD so fast though hehe, I'm sure your Aeonaxx will come soon =D.

Speaking of botters, I did actually have one get TLPD while I was logged out. Though i wasn't too fussed because I used that time to do some painting, so at least it was something fun and productive =P.

I saw another Vyra at 9:33pm last night, but none today so far. Ended up having to go out for about an hour around 4:30ish, got the feeling she may have spawned again then, but I stayed camping anyway =P.

Re-drew a whole other TLPD picture today, but with my character on it this time =P. Since my guildy was saying last time " You didn't get him because you didn't draw yourself on him" as a joke haha ;D. So hopefully this one works its magic!

EDIT: Okay..speak of the devil =P Vyragosa just spawned and gave me a heart attack haha! Now to go take that shower I've been longing for

I got Aeonaxx on Christmas morning! ;o) I've been doing light searches for TLPD with never seeing even a corpse. Kinda bugs me when I don't even see a trace, yanno? Hopefully I'll see something too. Killing Vyra is a good lead for knowing when to scan for him. I guess I must have missed some spawns or something but I went back 6 hours after her kill and still no sign of her or him. Is it sooner or later than 6?

The cool thing that happened for me with Aeonaxx was when I would see someone in town with the Phos drake, I would ask them what day and server time they got him. This was so valuable to me. This one player said he got his drake on a Sun/Mon and then his friend also had gotten their drake on a Sun/Mon, early hours in the morning. One night after a raid group and I fought Xariona, Aeonaxx spawned and someone else beat me to him. I bought fast flying after that!!! But guess what, that was a Sunday late night! So, to me, this is a really good lead that I should be camping FOR SURE on those days/times. And guess what, Christmas morning, I got Aeonaxx. Omg my face was so flushed for like an hour after getting him because it was so amazing.

My best advice with him (or any rare really), is ask people you see in town with the phos drake the dates/times they got theirs. Maybe you'll get a good lead out of it!

Hehe! Finding Aeonaxx is a really Adrealine rush!

I woke up 4 in the morning from Npscsan! Aeonaxx.! i was flying like a maniac! and the flight to him felt like ages.! But when i was on him i knew he was mine! so i jsut enjoyed the ride for abit before i dpsed him down<33

Oh yay! Must have been such a great Christmas present haha . I was hoping for some Christmas luck too and spent a fair bit of time checking over some of the rares that day but had no luck. I had thought of asking around quite often, though a lot of the people don't answer truthfully unfortunately . There is a handful of nice campers I can trust though and it really does help .

Also about the spawn timers, personally I've seen re-spawns as low as 4 and 5 hours, but less frequently then the longer re-spawns. The highest gaps I've seen are usually about 9 - 10 hours, pretty random though I start camps 4 hours after Vyra kills just to be safe ^_^.

(Not sure if this is weird) but I like to keep note of all my Vyra kills and TLPD sightings in a word document, including the amount of time they took to re-spawn. It actually does work out to be quite handy, as some times when I'm not fully camping and just doing fly-bys; i choose times from the document and very very often I actually do find another Vyra .

And thanks =), going to be pretty damn bored tonight, I feel a long re-spawn coming haha, so I might have to grab out the paper and pencils. Had never really been into Proto-Drakes much, but recently I've started really loving them, itching to try draw a blue or a green one .

Today I had planned to go back at the 4 hour mark, but I ended up having to go back at the 5th hour..Because the pool was way too good . Hoping Vyra/ TLPD didn't decide to slip in a 4 hour re-spawn today . I Was busy trying out the new under-water camera I'd gotten for Christmas..wanted one for years! Works amazingly .
