When I heard about buff pets I quickly ran out to tame the fire pig who was at the top of my list. (the other is an oil stained wolf by the name of Gloom) After dozens of tries, and with the patience of my wonderful fiance, he was finally mine. He got his name from my guild leader Tygor. Every time we raided Trial of the Crusader and were fighting Lord Jaraxxus and the infernal adds started raining down, Tygor would queue his mic and shout "IN-FER-NOOOO". It was hilarious and we all eagerly anticipated it each time we ran the raid. I thought the name was an appropriate name to remember our great raiding times in guild.
When I first got him he couldn't be Jurzee's protector like he longed to be, but with MoP he will be by her side more often, charging into battle for her!
