I'll vote for the monitors too, since you can never have too many reptiles!

- This 20ft long behemoth is believed by most people to be extinct, but many people still report sightings of them in New Guinea and Mainland Australia.

Re: Pets you want to see next.
Forgot to put this, but Monitor Lizards are one of the smartest reptiles out there. They have been taught to count, they've been ''click-trained'' like dogs, and are quick learners (A monitor was given a ball with food in it, after a few times the ball was given back with food inside of it, the monitor associated the ball with food). In the wild, Nile Monitors have been seen to team up with each other to raid Crocodile nest. One will distract the mother, and the other will eat some eggs. They take turns eating the eggs and distracting the mother so they can both have there fair share of a meal.

Re: Pets you want to see next.
As new families from what we have available:
-Stags/Talbuks/Shoveltusks - a headbutt move, disorienting the target like what monkeys do may work on them since at least shoveltusks do that in the wild.
-Stegadons/Thunderlizards - Lightning Thunderclap type type debuff, could be anything from attack speed or magic damage debuff.
-Diemetradons - Not really sure what they could get
-Pterrodaxes - Fear!
-Armadillos - Shield wall like turtles and beetles.
- Hydras - Anything would work
As new skins for existing families:
- Cleefhooves and Kodos to go with Rhinos.
- Sand Reavers to go with Silithids
- Rams to go with goats.
- Gilnean Ravens to go with carrion birds.
- somekind of better models for owls and bats.
Beasts not present in Azeroth:
- Giant Toads/Frogs.
- Giant.Rats.
- Badgers!
But most of all i'd love for some pets like dogs/crabs and Devilsaurs to receive some needed love first like i wrote in the other thread.
I posted this http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/4551469200 on the EU forum aswell but sadly it's not getting much attention, hopefully some dev may notice it anyway.

Re: Pets you want to see next.
I want something more fantasy-cal or magical, like flying monkeys or spider monkey(Monkeys with spider appendeges grow from their back) or spider pig! yes spider pig pls,

Re: Pets you want to see next.
Clefthooves as rhinos? yes pls, but Kodos? No, ty. Kodos, Stegadons and Thunder Lizards should be in a separate group called Thunder or Kodo Beast.Oswen wrote:As new families from what we have available:

Re: Pets you want to see next.
Oh hells ya. I could totally see a Monitor lizard. In fact there was a prehistoric monitor named Megalania. The thing could get up to 30 feet longCrotalus Horridus wrote:Monitors. Monitors everywhere.

I've put them there because i see Kodos more as somekind of non whooly rhinosaur but yes, they would totally work in the Stegadon/Thunder Lizard family aswell!Clefthooves as rhinos? yes pls, but Kodos? Re: Pets you want to see next.
To be fair, the Kodos are actually kind of a part of the Montor Lizard family too, A giant, horned, relatively gentle monitor lizard.Redith wrote:Oh hells ya. I could totally see a Monitor lizard. Funny, I just came here to suggest dragonflies (one of my most favourite of creatures) to see someone had only just suggested them
So yes, dragonflies x3!
We've probably done to death preferences from existing models, so I'll stick to desires for new models.
I'd love Gelannerai's suggestion of triceratops, or some form of ceratopsian. One of the most iconic of dinosaurs that hasn't been used yet and one of my favourites. I think it'd look great in the game.

Fourthed! Triceratops was my absolute favourite dinosaur when I was a kid. I bet they could make one look good on the kodo skeleton.Kalliope wrote:Thirded!Wain wrote:I'd love Gelannerai's suggestion of triceratops, or some form of ceratopsian. I suggest naming a purple and green one Kalriel. Because I think Veph and I are having another lovechild. *nod*Vephriel wrote:Fourthed!
