THe Worst Level Bracket

40-50, and Outlands.

For the former, by this point your character has started to slow down, in terms of speed at which you level, and the questing zones are strung out all over the map. Tanaris, Feralas, Burning Steppes, and Hinterlands offer boring quests, as they don't contribute very much to the broader storylines and there are very few epic chains. Biggest they offer is, "Hey look at these bugs! Them's dangerous, wtf are they?"

Outland I just hate. On so many levels.

60-69 is pretty much the bore of my WoW gaming experience. I think it's because it all feels like a pointless grind fest to get yourself to newer content by that point.

Azeroth from 1-59, for me, is leisurely and nostalgic, and as of right now anyhow, Northrend 70-80 is where all the action is at. So it is for these reasons personally, that I find lvls 60-69 the most painful level brackets in the game.

Eh, I don't like the 50-58 chunk.

I get really caught up in preparing for OL, and get excited that I'll be doing quests to get really nice gear for the 50-60 AV...

Then I blink and I'm 64...

...I MISSED IT!!

When I was on the PvP server, 20-30 hands down! Took me almost 4 months to clear STV quests. Since moving to PvE, no brackets are really that tough, but I would say Hellfire was the place I hated the most. Now that was my hunter...on my mage, there were 2 brackets; 20-30 and 50-60. Both brackets seemed to have "dead spots" where he was just too weak to really get the job done. Only lasted a level or two but it was really tedious to get past them.

There is the option to turn off leveling now though, right? Also AV was changed, it's now 50-59 AV, level 60's go over into the 60 bracket now.

Man I hear that. I'm very dedicated to leveling my petopian mage right now, who just hit 30 yesterday. That was one of the suckiest grinds I've ever done. Especially in the earlier levels, when I could almost but not quite handle things by myself (at one point I even had to call Sochi in to save me 'cause I got stuck in that one syndicate castle in Hillsbrad and just could not get myself out).

But hopefully things'll pick up now

Exactly...almost able to be alone, but not without having a friend on standby. Hate to break this to you but one more of those coming up. And running a shadow priest is even worse! They don't grow a set till lvl 40!

I managed to get an Spriest to 40...then I burnt out since it took all my willpower to get her there, so she is still 40

And uh-oh....mage problems coming up? Oh dear...
