There was a quest that was part of the Scepter of the Shifting Sands chain where you enter the dream, as well. It was just in Moonglade, and again just looked like the rest of the world but with some fog. I'd love to see what the artists could do if they were allowed to follow their imaginations.

Oh god yeah, when I was thinking of the Emerald Dream and how they could possibly create it, it was like TBC/Wrath After seeing Pandaria, I have total faith they will not dissapoint

I never got to do that quest D: I was too little during Ahn'quiraj's event to do anything (I was like, in my 30's haha) so I had no idea they did Emerald Dream in that :0 I think there was an old druids quest in a barrow den where the Nightmare was infesting the barrow either in the dreaming side or the waking side, can't remember it for the life of me but it was a night elf barrow den

I dunno...Emerald Nightmare has mostly been taken care of via Stormrage book. So I highly doubt that they'd made an expansion based on a place that only druids could go(I also dont want them screwing up the lore and saying 'everyone can come in nao!' cause that would really piss in my cheerios. I'm very passionate about my druid and her lore).

I'm leaning towards the Burning Legion returning. We didn't destroy them. Kil'jaeden is still alive since we only smacked him back down his toilet bowl(and he's probably really pissed about that, btw). We've gotten a lot of legiony mini pets this expansion, plus the green felfire. And Wrathion seems to hint heavily at the return of the Legion.

But with the mist the evil force created, others could enter the dream in dream-form, and I think, it's been a long time since I've read it, the green dragons allowed some no druids to physically enter by riding on them or something. Probably just my brain trying to scrounge up what it can still remember and getting it all jumbled up though, I'd have to re-read it to know for sure

Only quest I know where everyone could get in the dream was the one with Fandral in Hyjal but you really think the druids are gonna trust people to go into the dream after what happened with him?

TBH, an Emerald Dream expansion is what I've been hoping for since I first started playing. I'ts always been a disappointment for me that I could never go there in game. I remember so many quests that talked about it, and the WC dungeon, Moonglade...I just REALLY want to go there!

I'm pretty sure all affected areas in the waking world were covered in mist and all the sleeping people walked around like zombies, attacking anyone who wasn't dreaming /recalls a big scene in stormwind iirc with possibly Tyrande, Malfurion, and Varian but again, can't wholly be sure on present characters and setting with current memory for that scene

- saw a dragon
- talked to a dragon
- rode a dragon (in followup)
- fought dragons while riding a dragon (in later followup)
One of the things that made me fall in love in WoW. I'll always remember it <3
