...I mean, I love the idea of it, but wow, that flying animation. O.o I uh. Not so sure about that. More than any other mount, it looks like it's trying to fly backwards. And it looks so... crazed... A little less jerky movements would be cool.


Edit- after looking at some more animations, my concerns are slightly less severe. Looks better when it has the glide animation too!

Yeah, my bet is on the CE reward. No reason for them to add it now otherwise, and we likely won't see WoD mounts otherwise until closer to the 6.1 patch, since we won't be flying until then.

My 50g says it's the CE one.

Watched the vid, looks pretty cool on my tiny phone screen lol...the wings seem really long and thin tho...and the flying animation looks bad, but the glide and rolling in the air is awesome. Plus the lil rockets on the side crack me up.

Be nice if they did but if its a CE mount I wouldn't hold my breath. Theres no other Quilen mounts in game besides the CE one sadly Just one example though.

I think we may see more Kor'kon wolves for some reason, either as a rep grind or drops as they fit so well with the expansion too Would be a shame if only the small % of ppl that killed Garrosh on normal only got these awesome wolves.

OK, now I'm back at the desk and can view it properly.... hrm. I wish I hadn't. The animations are good. The underlying beast looks good. Really, really not happy with all the junkyard-style crap they piled on top of it.

Sorry to be a downer, but it just looks awful to me. It's not the first time I've felt the accessories have detracted from the model design, but this is definitely one of the worst examples I've seen.

While I'm a great fan of the protodrakes bat-crawl, the one thing that I like the most here is the run animation. It's simply brilliant! XD

Though: for us to see it so early probably means that it's not connected to WoD, and instead a shop mount.

And expect a LOT more of this as this is the new Iron Horde that we will be fighting for the entire next expansion. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the "Junk" armour too, and I love almost all things "techo/engineering". It just seems all a little shoddy and all heaped and welded.

I totally feel it has its place for SoO, but I as there is so much of it, am already a little over that theme/styling, and it already looks fairly prolific in WoD, We will just have to wait as see though I guess.
