Update bug: RAF mounts/pets missing

I had the same as Fin but my only missing mount was Iron Skyreaver and I had the "You have unlearned Iron Skyreaver" come up on every toon I logged. All my other mounts are there however - have not logged since maintenance however.

I wonder why some people experienced this and not others. My windsteed and chimaera were both still functioning last night. My hunter uses the windsteed almost exclusively and he was getting around fine, while other players were having mounts removed. Really odd.

It's very annoying that people are still experiencing this *after* maintenance though. I thought all that trouble was so they could fix this. :/

I noticed my Guardian cub was missing several days ago. When I put in a ticket, I was told the cub had been attached to my account and wasn't anymore and that I must've sold it. And then I was told once a pet is caged, they can't tell me were it went and that I can't get my cub back. I told them I never would have sold it and they still told me tough luck.

It was the same with my spectral steed mount so I just bought another.


AND NOW I find out that I'm nt the only person having this trouble and a bunch of my other pets and mounts have gone missing.

I better get a damn refund for my spectral steed and I'd better get my Guardian Cub (and all my other store bought pets and mounts) back.

It sounds like they're keeping on top of everything and they're aware the latest hotfix didn't work for everyone, so hopefully everything gets fixed fairly soon. I'm still missing a bunch on my account. (x)

Hello all,

As many of you know starting yesterday we became aware of an issue that some mounts and pets had gone missing after the patch. This included the mounts/pets awarded from the Recruit a Friend and Scroll of Resurrection promotions, purchased mounts/pets as well as a several others.

A hotfix was able to be applied yesterday that should have allowed most accounts with the RAF and SOR mounts to regain access to them.

Another hotfix was applied late last night in order to resolve the issue with purchased pets/mounts. This resolution did not have the same impact it did in testing, so many are still missing their purchased pets and mounts as well as several random pets listed in our breaking news.

You do not currently need to submit a ticket or otherwise contact our support staff about this, they are unable to assist directly with returning any missing mounts/pets.

Please know this issue has our full attention and we continue to work to get it resolved as quickly as we can. We will provide what updates we can as we receive them. Thank you all for your patience.

I logged back in today and saw I had mail from the Dev Team - they'd resent me the mail you get for receiving Tyrael's Charger complete with mount. Except it said "Already Known" in the tooltip, and indeed I found the angelpony in my mount log. So now I have two of it xD

I got my Iron Skyreaver back and I noticed it's icon is different...did anyone else notice that??

I got my things back as well and yes I noticed the icon was different after Tuesday's maintenance.. It's subtle but still

Didn't get my Guardian Cub that went missing right before they realized their was a bug and I reported it over the weekend. They keep saying I caged and sold the pet and I KNOW I didn't do that. It was the only one I had of it. I am so upset over a stupid pixel pet. I just want it back.
