As Azu mentioned, I got one very early! I was just doing the quests and one dropped off the Ogres. Getting a second one (for myself) was a bit harder, and I farmed ogres for about thirty minutes (in the cave of endless respawns) before getting my second.

I have this really annoying bug where I am stuck in both the pre-iron horde phase and the iron horde phase at the same time so some of the choice farming spots are off limits to me because level 100 horde guards show up. -.- also there are a ton of low level mobs mixed in with the lvl 90 mobs so half the kills i make don't even count. kind of annoying.
Sadly every time I put in a ticket i just get a canned response about quest rewards. "eyeroll"
I did manage to get one after nearly a full day of farming though. I was planning to get one to keep and one to sell but at this point I think i will just cut my losses and go home. the price on them dropped pretty fast anyway.
Also... I love the little blue eyes on her. too cute.

Well over 1,000 kills over 2 days. I finally threw in the towel and picked up several from the AH. It's easier to make gold than to farm for it.

I got it on an alt doing the event quests after farming for a few hours on castile - figures! But i'm happy to have one either way
