I rewatched the vid and... am I the only one that's getting really tired of the cats being male? Why the big mane, why the giant tusks? My tauren's female, than you very much. I really don't appreciate her being a male lion every time I wants to do dps. At least the night elf kitties are sort of... androgynous.

And don't even get me started on bear forms! Beards and sideburns! What is this? *sigh*

I never really thought about my female tauren cat form. I just took the mane as an extension of the mane she already has.

But the troll cat form definetly looks more male like in appearance. (Maybe because of how the large tusks and bushy looking eyebrows in the vid give that type of impression.) Which would actually make me want to roll a male troll druid to fit the model.

Yeah..their gait can be off setting for some. (Heck it took me a month to get use to the troll females lop-sided running gait.) But since the bear form becomes available at level 10 I would probably spend the majority of time in it. Quickly followed by staying in Travel form and finally just using cat form.

Of course between here and now they could tweak the cat model to give it that androgynous look like the NEs. Or just take away the bushy eyebrows which could do wonders.

And tbh I'm glad they didn't do to female taunka what they did to male taunka. I was there day one, well not day one but a few weeks after, for Downs cows. When males still had Two heads. And were really just tauren bulls wearing masks.

And I got to see under the mask sometimes.

They still give me nightmares.

Bleh that sounds pretty scary. I still wish they'd have done something. You have big bison people in the north yet somehow the females didn't evolve to suit the climate? They could have at least made them a bit shaggier or something, or given them a different mane and different horns... just a smidgen of effort to show that they're somehow Taunka and not Tauren.

Ooo..now that I'm over the excitement of the bear and cat forms I wonder what the flight forms will look like? Will both forms be sporting fangs hanging from the sides of their beaks, up-turned for trolls, down for worgen, or will they just make them with manes?

Can't wait for my worgen druid! Been on the cards that i'd make one as it just seemed obvious they would get it. It's gunna be awesome though! Man into a worgen, then into a cat/bear/tree/seal/owl man/bird...Worgen warlock will be just as cool turning into a demon, even if it's limited...
