That means you haven't done the quest with your Hunter yet, at least it sounds like it

Man thank you so much for pointed that out, I was sure I had completed the quest line with the hunter! but after I saw your reply I took a look on my achievements and it turned out, I did Nazmir and Voldun with the hunter, and Zuldazar with an alt lol

Just finished the zuldazar questline with the hunter and got the bad boy! thanks again for the help!

I'm a bit late to the party here. Just restarted playing again. Not sure if I'm up to replaying both zones to get to this quest on my alt. Anyone still have the quest in their log that can help me get this beast?
