Can it be tamed or not ? pet request

ok well I asked in the other thread but I'll ask again .

Have the Scarlet Monestary Hyenas (the purple/red ones) been removed or do they stil spawn in that one area? (the one with the Dog master or whatever is name is)?

I've heard in other forums that a few changes were made to this particular instance as far as spawns and criters; but I'm hoping that the hyenas are still in there (or if they are not that they are available somewhere else).

Jasiri was my hyena, in Vanilla WoW, on the 2nd run after I saw those hyenas in SM and their unique skin. I WANT HIM BACK now that we'll have more stable slots; I just want to make sure we can still tame them or I'll need to get him now! (Guess I'll have to drop my rhino and pick him back up later, I know they'll still be in NR LOL)

I've always wanted stags as well, Pawtrack.

I've heard that they aren't tameable right now, however people say that they show up with a Diet if you use Beast Lore, so perhaps they're under development?

They do have a Diet. but it's an omnivorous diet of meat, fish, bread, cheese, fruit, fungus. Like someone said, they haven't done the pet sweep yet. And some of the stags aren't flagged with diets yet either.

Actually though what I'm looking forward to seeing is when they put in the new talent trees/mastery stuff, if taming exotics isn't unlocked for a lvl 10 BM.

They have changed the instance somewhat, but rest assured, the scarlet hounds are still tamable inside.
