/cast [target=pet,dead] Revive Pet; [nopet] Call Pet; [combat] Mend Pet; [nocombat] Feed Pet
/use [pet:Pet Type/Pet Type/Pet Type/, nocombat] FOODNAME;

If it is dead, it casts revive, if pets despawned, it calls, if your in combat it mends, if not in combat it feeds.
The feed part has been a little more useless, as with talents and the glyph I have rarly had to feed mine, but it's still good.

For the food, you add in your pets family type, then the food it eats. like
/use [pet:Cat/Wind Serpent/Warp Stalker, nocombat] Grilled Bonescale;

Got pets that don't all eat the same thing?

/use [pet:Cat/Wind Serpent/Warp Stalker, nocombat] Grilled Bonescale; [pet:Gorilla, nocombat] Skethyl Berries;

add as many that will fit, and it'll feed those pets the food you list.
I like that all in one pet macro ~

Code: Select all

#showtooltip
/cast !Aspect of the Dragonhawk
Goes for every aspect I have, and it keeps me from getting out of an aspect by accident. I always seem to forget if I already switched back to Dragonhawk after being in Viper, which resulted in me running around with no aspect on at all. What this macro does is it just re-casts your aspect, even if you're already in it, making it impossible to end up with no aspect unless you die or right click the buff. Also try it with Eagle Eye for endless exploring trips! I once went all the way from Searing Gorge to Stormwind with it. XD

Then there's my ultra super-duper mouse middle button macro:

Code: Select all

#showtooltip
/cast [equipped:polearms, nomodifier] Wing Clip; [equipped:fishing poles, nomodifier] Fishing; [modifier:shift] Zapthrottle Mote Extractor; [modifier:alt, target=focus, help] Misdirection
I love using my mouse middle button for pretty much everything. For once it automatically switches between Wing Clip and Fishing, depending on what I'm holding at the time. If I hold down Shift, I switch into mote extracting mode and if I want to use MD on my focus, I'll press Alt. If I didn't run out of room at this point, I would've also made it so that if I don't have a focus, I'd MD my pet, but.... Can't get everything, can I? :D

Wow, so you can make a macro that does different things depending on combat or not and keep it keyed to the same place?

I have a mouse with 5 extra buttons that I have keyed - and I use several keys for certain things:

K- Zappthrottle Mote
V - Intimidation (pet interrupt)
H- Volley
E- Mend Pet

i know its a bit random. On all my chars though I key "V" to something useful (on my DK its Death Coil, on my pally its Excorism (cant spell), Shaman the instant elemental caster thingy, etc.)

Code: Select all

/cast Bestial Wrath
/cast killcommand
/cast aspect of the beast
/sw :10
/sw play
I like to swap to Aspect of the beast when I hit BW, but i normally forget to switch back. using this macro it sets up a little times that makes a "ping" noise when you have to go back to AotD without using any mods.

Lil, What does beast lore say about its armor rating?
...
ITS OVER 9000!!!!
