I reported him. Accounts you buy are likely to have been hacked.

Okay, I amend my post: walking up to someone CLEARLY in gear they don't belong in is one thing. Walking up to someone with questing blues/greens is another.

It was 5man ICC stuff, really good spellpower plate, for healadins.
I bet that guy pissed off a bunch of people.

it was apparant he either bought his account or is completely retarded

That quest confused me too, I had no idea where the actual entrance was.

no he was asking where icecrown citadel was....like the general place not where to get into the instance

So? He could just have recently dinged 80. I didn't quest in Icecrown until my third character, I would have been as ignoran as that guy as to the whereabouts of the citadel.
