I missed Aeonaxx by a couple of minutes. I was doing one of the Therazane dailies where you kill the fungus guys when he popped up on my NPCScan, I flew all over trying to find him and only found his body about the time that the guy who got him posted in general the reins. Apparently he saw him just south of the Temple of the Earth.
