Well, I went and rolled a toon for Garrosh, although I haven't started leveling her yet. Definitely am not gonna make it for the Friday event XD But I'll try and shoot for Sunday, I'll have a whole day to get her to the required level.

I'm guessing it's okay to use non-starter gear while leveling, provided we save the starter gear and equip it when actually participating?

Yes, the meeting will be on the realm Garrosh. At the time of the event you will need to be there, on the toon you plan to participate in. If you are not level 11 however, you will be holding everyone up. I'm not saying you can't show up and participate, but be aware everyone will be waiting on you.

-The alt will be devoid of any gear (except a tabard and weapons) when participating in the actual war games. What the alt wears on their own time is of no consequence.

I will definitely be in on this as well. Probably won't make friday as I doubt I can get leveled up in time, but will be ready for the next event. Sounds like a blast.

Also note that the toon you will want to contact is a DK I made there to be the guild leader, who is named Rynoblin.

I also have a warlock there named Rynock.

An update though: I'm cancelling the Friday run. We only have four people including myself show up, and there were never more than two people on at once. Eventually there was only me, as the other people needed to leave for various reasons. I'm going to try again Sunday, and if we don't get enough people to show up, I don't know what I'll do.

If there were some of you on that wanted to participate that didn't know to contact me, I'm sorry. Just be ready for Sunday's attempt.

*grumbles* We ended up at the bloody mall for nearly 3 hours. T_T Only just got home now. I loathe holiday shopping.

I am not sure how the day will go on Sunday-I want to get the last bits of shopping done before it has a chance to possibly snow. But I rolled a toon on Garrosh I call Jih. She might become a troll or orc for faster leveling. I'll do my best to get her as high as I can and at least be guilded. I'm sorry for the delay, I love to support events, P.Dawg knows I do. But with a job in retail, and hours all over, I barely have time for anything (Heck, barely have time to sleep!). When the holiday is over, things will be "normal" again.

Argh, I was a little snappy. I apologize. I was having a pretty bleh day, got on the game early to prepare for this, and was really let down by the turn out. But I'm willing to try again and again until we have a day that enough people show up and are ready.

I'm super sorry, the office Christmas party went late and we were taking the train and bus home and well, living in the suburbs sometimes means waiting 1/2 hour for the bus... Then Marcus flipped out cause he was overtired from all the excitement and wanted to go sledding at 9 o'clock at night... *sigh*

We're having friends over tomorrow afternoon/evening for a pre-Christmas baking session but they usually leave early so that it won't be a problem. However, I might end up being a little late. Just a heads up.

I did a little leveling on the rogue I rolled yesterday, but didn't see 'Rynoblin' on at all. After I got her to level 5 I had to stop anyway and didn't have time to level more, so I wouldn't have made the event in the end.

I DO, however, have all day tomorrow to level her, so hopefully it'll work out and I can make the Sunday event

(For the record the rogue's name is Velkn).

Yes, the Sunday event will be at 8:00 PM Nesingwary time, 9:00 PM Garrosh time. Garrosh time is the same as EST.

Ok so I made a Tauren paladin. She is at level 9.5. Lol her name is Rexia. I will be on in the morning /afternoon to finish getting her to level 11 before the event. Hope I can catch Ryno on or someone for Petopian Fight Club guild invite.
