Well, just got the Daggerhawk on the Worgen. Wasn't too hard, since they give you Dalaran and the Valguard FPs. Didn't even need to die once.

Right now it's either the Daggerhawk or the black boar. Once the boar gets to 30ish, he may well get an "armour upgrade"..

Well, for worgen, you could try to get a Dragonhawk! or a red linx from the Belf starting zone, they look pretty epic on a low level.

For a goblin... What about a white fox from gilneas ? Or a mastiff from there too.
