Is he a night elf hunter? Because he was the one who set off my NPCScan as well when I was doing rounds a few days ago - he was the 'false alarm'. He whispered me on an alt wishing me good luck and saying he wasn't looking for Karoma, but he sat at one of her spawn points for an awfully long time...
Thankfully, I didn't see him any more after that. If it's the same guy, I'm sorry that he's still causing trouble.
