Everybody needs a white whale in thier life. My advice dont contact her at all, Its better to have an image of a person and fond memories than to see the same person in a new light and be reminded of the negatives, and she must have had some for you guys to break up, what you really miss is love the emotion not the person you now associate that feeling with.
Remember Her through rose colored glasses and as the years go by she will become so much grander in your mind than she actually was in reality and thats fine. but its not real we just tend to forget the bad times, i fondly remember the girl I was engaged to in my 20's I talk of her with love in my heart I think of her alot but the truth is although we had five great years together we were not in love in the end we broke up and drifted apart, in my mind shes the perfect woman but in reality we drove each other nuts and fought all the time, am I sorry i dont see her anymore, well yes but i only miss the lovey dovey times the problems we had well i dont think of that much at all and the reality was we broke up.
You broke up with this girl trust the younger you made the right choise, love her by all means but remember you can never go home again what you learn one day cant be un-learned , but you can forget the lesson for awile.

I don't know, I talked to her it was alright, I said what I wanted too; I told her I don't think we should be friends since I've said what I needed and she didn't have anything to say to me. Doesn't bug me or anything because I wasn't expecting much anyways. Regardless it was probably just a bit of me being frustrated that I don't exactly have anyone to really open up too in my life; so I went back to the only person who ever did. Perhaps we were two people who met and got what we needed at the time, no idea.
