Chromaggus...?

Sounds like a glitch to me. A level 85-Protection Paladin, level-85 Restoration Shaman, and level-85 Survival Hunter (me) did the first boss pretty easily not long ago. I did the MC and egg destruction. Tank pulled adds off boss and held onto them. Shaman healed tank and boss. Once the boss is no longer MC'ed, just click the orb again (but don't spam click) and you can MC again. If he was insta-death after the MC ended sounds like either someone attacked or it glitched.

The week before cata hit, my small 4 man guild had nothing to do and we cleared the way for my chromaggus with 4 lvl 80's. The first boss actually used to be pretty easy, I dunno about the bugged state, but I just kited all the adds as paladin running an 8-circle. They don't respawn at some point if you don't kill them, so after some time it's just you running around with the adds.

I actually 2 manned him at level 70 with hunter/paladin that way, the hunter controlling the adds and me as paladin kiting, then the pet tanking afterwards. To bad we couldn't muster up the dps to kill the 2nd one, I figure we would've cleared up to chromaggus with 2 man at level 70.
