The Wrath of Deoxys!

Upon arriving at the location, Chomp bowed his head to the Gardevoir and began searching.

He searched everywhere he could, until, "This must be one of the bodies." Chomp looked at the corpse. It was a young girl, her body covered with puncture wounds. He turned his head and saw two male trainers crumpled in a heap, "My god....." He then looked around some more until finally shouting, "ANYBODY THERE?" A small, scared voice then spoke, "H-hello?"

Chomp started looking around, "There is someone here!"

[Kamalia]

Molly shuddered. "Yes. Those are them. Why haven't the humans taken the bodies yet...?" Her head snapped up at the sound of a small voice. "Who's there?" She called, her voice harsh. She paused, then began in a softer tone. "We're here to find out what happened to these trainers. Do you know what happened here? Please, come out. We won't hurt you."

[Magnakilro]

A little Marill popped out from behind a rock, "H-h-hi...." he then saw Chomp and was instantly frightened, "HOLYCRAPpleasedon'teatmeIdon'ttastegoodohmygodI'mgonnadiesomeonesaveme!!!!!!!"

Chomp walked over to the Marill and picked it up, "Kid, I'm not gonna eat you, I don't eat other Pokemon....now could you please tell us what happened?"

The Marill stopped shaking. He then nodded and started talking, "Well I was playing with my trainer, Nikki and her friends Dan and Chad and thier pokemon Rhyhorn and Murkrow. They had JUST become trainers, we were all thier first pokemon. I quite liked being with Nikki, but Rhyhorn and Murkrow secretly didn't like either of the three trainers. Suddenly, out of a blue, a HUGE meteor crashed into the ground *points to the crater* over there. It fell apart a few minutes later. Inside was some red and teal....thing. It greeted us and asked us where he was. The trainers decided to see who could catch it. Dan threw his ball and hit the thing dead between the eyes! The ball shook 3 times but never locked.....Dan went to investigate but it kersploded! ((the Marill's young)) The big red thing broke free but it looked different....it looked...slightly spiky....It got mad at the trainers for trying to catch him. He destroyed the empty balls Nikki and Chad held, and used the shards from them along with the ones from Dan's ball to try and kill the trainers! As you can see, Nikki was hit by all of them. Soon after, he changed again, this time he looked like he was inside-out or something and he moved super fast! He caught up with Danny and Chad and locked them in a shrinking forcefield. The Rhyhorn and Murkrow they owned then revealed thier true feelings of hatred. I went to save them but he hit me with the forcefield and I was out cold....that is all I can remember.......I miss Nikki.....even though we only just met...." The Marill cried a bit....he didn't want to have to relive those moments in his mind, but he was happy that he told the story.

"Did the creature reveal its name?" asked Chomp. "I think so...let me try to remember it....uhmmm D...Di...no thats not it...uhhh"

[Kamalia]

"Wait, wait, wait... you're saying this... thing came from a hunk of space rock?" Molly cautiously stepped over to the burned crater. Sure enough, some fragments of odd rock remained inside it. "And it changes forms." She shook her head. "It doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard before. And so powerful..." Shew turned to look at the little Marill. "Did the other Pokémon not look at all frightened? Shocked? Surely, seeing anything being killed in such brutal a fashion would have an effect on you... even if you weren't fond of the victim. Hated them, even. And the fact those trainers tried to catch the alien Pokémon... could that really be the cause of all these murders?" She shook her head again in bewilderment.

[Magnakilro]

"WAIT! I remember its name now!" shouted the Marill. "Deoxys! That's what it called itself!"

He then turned to Molly, "I don't know what happened to the others...they seemed to be laughing a bit when I ran past them before I got knocked out. They and the red guy were gone when I woke up."

[Kamalia]

"Laughing. Laughing? After seeing this?!" She gestured over to the crumpled bodies. "What kind of sick minds do these Pokémon have?" She glanced around. "I wonder where they've all gone? Do they just follow behind Deoxys, attacking trainers in a pack? Or do they spread out over the region..." She rubbed her face. "They could be anywhere, really. I wonder how many have joined it... Chomp, should we investigate more? Or should we go back?"

[Magnakilro]

"Let's head back and tell the others. You want to come too kid?" . The Marill ran over to Molly and hopped in her arms "PLEASE Can I go? What if he comes back to finish me off?"

((now some of you may be wondering "What ARE murkrow and Rhyhorn up to?", well let's answer that a bit!))

While this was going on, Murkrow and Rhyhorn were busy searching a town for some trainers. They came across a tv showing Deoxys's face on a surveillance camera, "Uh oh...Master will NOT be pleased...." said Rhyhorn. "We still gotta show him though!" replied Murkrow. Rhyhorn nodded and flipped the tv onto his back. Murkrow found some rope and used it to secure the tv. "Ok how did master say telepathy worked? Think it and he hears it?" Rhyhorn nodded. "Ok here goes nothing!"

Master, its me, Murkrow! Me and Rhyhorn found something we think you should see! We'd like a port to your location please!

[Kamalia]

Molly nodded. She looked down at the Marill in her arms, slightly disgruntled. "Okay then... you're small, so it probably won't make much of a difference in the travel..." Tucking him under her arm, she took Chomp's paw again. The trio disappeared once again.

[Magnakilro]

Upon reaching the hangout, the other pokemon got up to greet them. "What did you find boss?" asked Klaww

Chomp sighed, "Three dead trainers...and this Marill" said Chomp, pointing at the cute little ball of fun in Molly's arms.

Nightmare did seem busy trying to learn to read the human language, by looking at the card squinting trying to see if they did resemble anything of course nothing did come to mind

"He's a survivor of an attack." Molly placed him down on the ground. "And, as far as we know, the only survivor. The Pokémon behind the attacks is called Deoxys. The Marill here told us that he crashed to earth in a meteorite. There was a crater right nearby, so he's telling the truth. He's apparently ticked because those kids tried to capture him... the Marill said he seemed to be able to change his form as well." She paused. "It all sounds so strange..."
Tira crept up to the Marill. "Hi there! Did your trainer give you a nickname too? My name is Tira." She affectionately bumped the Marill with her snout, happy to have another young Pokémon for company.

Back at Resieth's cave:

Deoxys still slept until he heard Murkrow's message. Without a single word, Deoxys used his power to summon the Murkrow and Rhyhorn to him. "This had BETTER be important." he said, a bit pissed.

"Well, uh sir, we wanted you to see this!" Murkrow said as he turned on the news, showing Deoxys the surveillance footage. "I was SPOTTED!?" Deoxys was irate, "I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TWO TO TAKE CARE OF THE CAMERAS!" Deoxys was unaware of how loud he was yelling. "Well master...you see...uh..." stammered Rhyhorn before he was cut off, "I DON'T WANT EXCUSES! If you two don't leave my sight in 5 seconds.....I WILL destroy you." The rhyhorn and Murkrow ran as fast as the could out of the cave, "5" They tripped a bit, "4" They headed down the mountain, Deoxys standing on the cliff edghe watching, "3.......2" They reach the bottom, Deoxys shifts into Attack form, "1" They nearly reach the forest, but Deoxys began levitating them, lining them up, "Time's Up" He started to charge a Hyper Beam. "WAIT MASTER PLEASE!" shouted the two helpless pokemon. Deoxys laughed, "I do NOT toleratye failure, not on a mission of this much importance." Deoxys then fired the Hyper Beam, hitting both pokemon. The Beam's power was so great that both Pokemon were completely obliterated...not one trace of either of them was left. "Those two were annoying buffoons anyway..." Deoxys said as he returned to his sleep. "Failure to follow even simple orders like that? No excuse for it!" He fell asleep once more, shifting back to Normal form.

"My trainer was just starting out at the time...she never got the chance to give me a nickname. She was still under the, 'OMG I AM A REAL TRAINER I CAN'T BELIEVE IT' phase." the Marill answered

"Wait....your trainer was JUST BEGINNING....and that Deo guy killed her!?" asked Sparky.

[Kamalia]

"Oh." Tira frowned. "You know, I wonder if you could nickname yourself... I know trainers usually do it, but I've never heard anything about Pokémon not being able to do it themselves! Unless you want to stay 'Marill'. That's always fine, too! Oh, and... I'm really, really sorry about your trainer by the way..."
She glanced up at Nightmare. "Oh, hey, Nightmare? Any luck with that letter?"

[Magnakilro]

"Oh." Tira frowned. "You know, I wonder if you could nickname yourself... I know trainers usually do it, but I've never heard anything about Pokémon not being able to do it themselves! Unless you want to stay 'Marill'. That's always fine, too! Oh, and... I'm really, really sorry about your trainer by the way..."
She glanced up at Nightmare. "Oh, hey, Nightmare? Any luck with that letter?"

"What would be a good nickname for me?' Marill started to think, "How about, Azul?" ((Spanish for Blue I believe))

"None whatsoever" nightmare stopped looking so closley at the letter he then looked at the maril "could you read human writing by any chance"

[Magnakilro]

"Human writing? I could try....not making any promises though...." replied Marill

[rubybeam]

nightmare sighed "nevermind that answer obvously means that you've never had any experance" nightmare then tossed a berry to the marill "a reward for trying for me"

[Magnakilro]

"I'm sorry..." Marill slowly ate the berry. Sparky then jumped in, "Hey I know! The Scyther Squad! Those bugs on the news! They must know human language, growing up with thier trainer and all!"

[Kamalia]

"The Sycther Squad? Where are they?" She pondered. "Oh! Wait! I know!" Tira glanced over at Molly. "Molls?" She trotted over to the Gardevoir and smiled sweetly. "Nightmare has a letter, but she doesn't know where to go, and she can't read the writing. Could you pleeeaaaasseeee try reading it for him? I know you know a little bit of the human language, right?"
Molly let out a loud sigh. "Okay. Nightmare, could you toss it down?"
