Kozri
Redridge
Kozri looked immensely satisfied. Food was great, and while he was just about ready to sleep for a while, he figured it'd be a good idea to keep moving. "I vote we keep going. We rested pretty recently, and I still want to get distance from that forest."
---
Azunara
Elwynn
Azunara smirked, lashing her tail. The vine flailed, striking the rock and propelling it away.

Myriana and Swift - Redridge
Myri nodded in response to Kozri and started moving once again. The hunter kept Swift close and her crossbow ready, just in case. She really hated the Burning Steppes.

Kozri got up, stretching, and followed after. With food and sleep, he felt less miserable. Sure, he missed Azu, and he was definitely worried about Indi and Decay, and maybe that draenei, but things could be worse. He could still be with Them. He shuddered at the thought. It was like the Infinite all over again. "Why so ready for a fight?" He asked Myri, "I don't think anything would attack a group as large as ours."

"I do not like Burning Steppes. Not one bit. The whole place puts me on edge. And the pass that leads into it is just as terrible. I learned never to take this place for granted." she replied to the rogue with a shutter.

Kozri nodded, "I can understand that. For me, it's Stratholme. Azu and I had to go on a scouting mission there once, and even though the undead were weak, it had me on edge the entire time. Couldn't stand the place." Technically, Straholme itself wasn't bad, just the one in the past. He added mentally.

The hunter readjusted the polearm strapped to her back. She nodded in agreement at Kozri. "I do not like that place either." she replied. "But I still think Burning Steppes is worse. Actually, Searing Gorge isn't that much better."

"All I know of either places are it's hot, and full of black dragons." Kozri said with a shrug. "Never spent too much time around there. Most of my time as a hatchling was spent in Tanaris, though I occasionally visited Un'goro. I really didn't see much of Eastern Kingdoms until I traveled with Azunara."

Karzix and Glix - Redridge
"You two ahre really makin' me look fohrwahrd tah goin' through 'ere." Karzix muttered, eyeing Myri's tense stance with apprehension.
Glix peered ahead at the rough path ahead of them, a hot breeze blowing from that direction and ruffling her hair. "Black dragons?" She asked somewhat nervously, fiddling with her necklace. "We can easily avoid those, right?"

Myriana and Swift - Elwynn
Myri grimaced. "Black dragons, orcs, elementals. Lava. I was sent here once before on a pointless mission. I promised myself I would never go back, yet here I am." She sighed. Then she remembered Magna. "Nothing against you Magna. I like you. It's the orcs here I do not like." She said sheepishly.
She turned and blinked at Gazz'nil as the goblin rushed up. "Light! I am sorry we did not wait for you! I thought you were in the back of the group!" Myri blushed in shame. In her apprehension she completely forgot to make sure everyone was with them. The hunter grimaced yet again as she had made yet another mistake.

Glix and Karzix - Redridge
"Well, where were you?" Glix asked Gazz'nil, folding her arms. "It can't be that hard to keep up with us."
Karzix rubbed his face as Myri described the delightful denizens of the Burning Steppes. "The soonah we get through this place, the bettah."

Myriana and Swift - Redridge
Myri looked down at the goblin and realized that her opinion of the Burning Steppes wasn't helping anyone. The last time she had been there had been far from pleasant, but it could have been far worse. Or not. Feeling the need to put the others at ease, she quickly said "I am probably over-exaggerating, so please try not to take me too seriously. However, make sure you have your water close by. It is hot and dry, and that is not an exaggeration." Yeah, that helped a lot, she thought sarcastically to herself.

Faron, Cultist Camp
Faron winced, clenching his stomach muscles and shifting so his ribs took the attacks instead of his much more vulnerable stomach. The burning really wasn't appreciated either. He built up a charge on his fur, releasing it with a bark and clawing at Decay's stomach mid retreat, trying to get out of range of her axes. Vallrok was ready with another fire trap, though he didn't launch it yet.

Decay - Elwynn
''I guess you've really been torturing Azu. That was her, wasn't it?'', the death knight coughed, leaping back as the wolf got off of her. Damn, her throat had taken some serious damage. ''Time to die.'', she said, leaping back at the wolf, prepared with a Mind Freeze and a freezing attack.

"Well, if I remember right, whelps would be too scared to attack a group as large as us. They'd rather strike with more help. A drake can't give us that much trouble. He might think us easy pickings, but once I surprise him, he'll panic. A drake and a bunch of skilled adventurers? Blacks are cowards. A full grown dragon though...One of those decide to say hi to us, and we're dragonfood." Kozri said, pretty casual. "Elementals can be avoided if you're careful, I suppose. Not sure about those orcs." Hopefully that eased some fear about the whole thing.

Zaruuk - Elwynn Forest
Slowly, the draenei mage stirred from sleep. He rubbed at his eyes as he stood up, still feeling a little drowsy. He wondered briefly if there was a source of water near by; a quick bath would do wonders for him right now.
"Auch'dari, I am going to wash up before we leave for the camp. I will not be long." He called up to Indi as he picked up his coat from the ground. He then moved off, listening for the sound of water.
As he moved out further, he frowned; he though he could hear something in the distance. Combat? He couldn't tell from this far away. Taking care to note the direction Indi was so he could make his way back if need be, he moved off to locate the source of the noise.

Myriana and Swift - Redridge
Myri listened to Kozri and relaxed a bit. "You are right of course Kozri. I did not take you being a drake into account. " The hunter felt foolish, but she was more relieved than anything else. Orcs she could handle, it was the dragons that she had been worried about. Not that any of that made her like the place any better. Myri straightened and looked at the group. "Well, let us get going. I don't know about you, but even with having Kozri with us, I still want to get through here as fast as possible."
((Off to work!))

Kozri looked thoughtful, as if further considering their odds against the black dragonflight. They -should- be easy enough to take care of. The drakes were likely bigger than he was, which would be a disadvantage, but they also didn't have the friends he did. He figured there was a fairly decent chance they wouldn't be torn apart.
He kept walking along, ready to leave Redridge. "We're close, at least. See, the soil is darkening with all the ash." He said, pointing.

((I lied. This is my last post then off to work. I have a problem xD))
Myri followed after Kozri, her crossbow still loaded. Despite Kozri easing some of her fears, she still wasn't going to take this place for granted. Swift trotted beside her, excited to be exploring some place new. "You are too happy for your own good" she grumbled at the fox.
