Faron, Cultist Camp

Faron was on the edge of the explosion - he had yet to get close. Growling with frustration, he waited a few seconds more for the freezing sensation of his mind to calm, then built up electricity to try and shock the mage. He wasn't very intent on killing the mage, though - he had a death knight to slay.

Myriana and Swift - Burning Steppes

Myri straightened and looked to the west. Listening carefully, she could hear the sound of horns in the distance. The hunter swore under her breath. "Looks like we are going to have some company." she told the others darkly. "We need to find someplace to make a stand." She threw out a freezing trap behind her to slow anyone who may come up behind them.

Arbennig growled. Magna nudged him so he'd follow Myri.

"Ah, fel." Kozri said, hearing that roar. "I was a bit worried about that. If you guys can cover my wings, I'll keep that dragon coming in the air and away from you all. Let's hope it's a drake and not full grown. And better, a really inexperience one." He said, taking a deep breath, getting ready.

Elwynn

Azunara shrieked, fearfully, as Decay grabbed her. She shapeshifted into her bear form, her fur around her neck thickening and her shoulders widening, allowing the horrible pressure to alleviate a bit.

Zaruuk - Elwynn Forest

The mage bit his lip to keep himself from cryign out again, using his tail to keep himself balanced from the force of the lightnign impact. He now knew where they damned wolf was though. Spinning around, he fired a swirling bolt of both fire and ice at Faron ((Frostfire Bolt)). He then blinked himself backwards. Surely he must be getting close now...

Blackrock Raiders - Burning Steppes

Vexrok cried out as they neared the interlopers, raising his axe to the sky. Shattertooth joined him, bellowing out a challenging roar before folding his wings and diving downwards, fire jetting from his nostrils.
The rest of the raiders closed in. Some pulled weapons from harnesses and scabbards, others readied magic spells. Worgs dashed ahead, jaws slavering and teeth snapping. One of them, ahead of the pack, lunged at Myri, only to be frozen solid by the trap.

Kozri
Burning Steppes

Kozri switched to draconic, screaming, "Surprise, black scum!" He let his human disguise fade and flared his wings, taking off into the air to meet the black dragon, slowing time around it and lacing his claws with arcane energy. "For Nozdormu!" He roared.

Myriana and Swift - Burning Steppes

Myri saw the worg lunge at her and gave a mighty leap back (disengage) to put more distance between her and the beast. She fired off a concussive shot in an attempt to slow him down, while Swift dashed in to intercept it. She threw a frost trap at the oncoming pack for good measure, hoping to buy the others some time.

Blackrock Raiders - Burning Steppes

Shattertooth screeched and instinctively flared his wings, lifting him and his master above the arc of Kozri's claws. Vexrok snarled and smacked at the dragon again. With a yowl, the black drake flinched back, before swooping at the great bronze again, hoping to use his smaller size to his advantage and out maneuver Kozri.

The other worgs slowed down as the frost trap activated, trying to keep their balance on the slick ice. Orcish riders jumped off, charging to cover the distance between them and the group.
A warlock covered in bones raised a gnarled hand at Magna, firing a bolt of shadow at him. ((Shadow Bolt))
Jhara slid down from her slope above, aiming with her bow and firing off a volley of arrows at the group. ((Multishot))
An orc warrior charged at Glix, swinging his battle mace in wide arcs around him, shouting out to bolster the other raiders.

Myriana and Swift - Redridge

Swift snarled at the oncoming horde and hurled a fireball at the orc charging Glix. Myri cried out as an arrow grazed her shoulder. She threw an explosive trap into the band of orcs, hoping to knock some of them back.

Kozri
Burning Steppes

Still in draconic, Kozri snarled, "What are you, a dragon or a horse? Why are you letting an orc control you? You're a dragon! You're bigger and stronger! Break free of their control." He dove out of the way to avoid the smaller dragon's attacks, hovering as opposing to retaliating. Maybe he could convince this dragon to free himself. Two dragons, even if the other wasn't kin, would make this battle a lot easier.

Magna - Burning Steppes

Magna was knocked off his pet by the Shadow Bolt.

Arbennig charged at the warlock, breathing special flames to slow the warlock's casting speed ((Lava Breath)

Magna lifted his bow, lacing an arrow with a cobra's essence before firing at the lock ((Cobra Shot))

Myriana and Swift - Redridge

Myri turned to finally see Jhara raining arrows on the group. Myri aimed her bow at the other hunter, firing a poison laced arrow at her ((serpent sting)). Swift kicked up a cloud of dust, trying to obscure the orcs' vision ((tailspin)). Green eyes blazing the fiercely, the fox gathered his energy, readying his next fiery attack.


An orc rogue managed to slip by Myri, sneaking up on Karzix. She raised both of her poisoned daggers, in an attempt to ambush the goblin.

Karzix and Glix - Burning Steppes

Glix's ears pinned back against her skull in alarm at the sight of the hulking orc charging toward her. She crouched slightly, aiming to make herself into the smallest target possible. She raised her hands and a blast of freezing air blew forward at the orcs. ((Cone of Cold))
Karzix flinched as the arrows whizzed just overhead, hissing as an one cut past his arm. He ignored the injury, gripping onto the throwing knives hanging from his belt. He flicked his wrist and they flung out toward the attacking orcs. ((Fan of Knives)) He started as he heard Glix screech his name, making his aim a bit sloppy. He turned to see what had caused Glix to cry out and his eyes widened at the sight of the orc rogue behind him, her daggers raised. He jumped back, trying to get out of range and fumbling for his dagger.

Tyrii and Dragga - Burning Steppes

The orc huntress pulled back on the mane of her wolf's fur at the sight of the others skidding and slipping up ahead. The wolf snapped her jaws in the intruding group's direction, her head low as she stalked around the other orcs and worgs, guided by her master. Tyrii risked a glance at the sky, eyebrows lifting at the sight of a bronze hovering above. She felt her eager mount lurch forward and the wolf let out a short howl at the sight of a gap. The orc jerked her weight back to stop her, then leaned forward and hissed in the wolf's ear. "Dragga, hush. You will have bones to chew on soon enough." She slipped off of the the worg's back, loading her bow as she scanned the group until she found a suitable target. "Dragga." The wolf's ears pricked up, her eyes following her huntress' gesture. She dropped low, slinking along the ground toward Myri.
Tyrii drew her bowstring back, narrowing her eyes slightly at the dust cloud Swift had kicked up. She took careful aim, waiting patiently for the dust to settle. The moment she could see the flicker of the fox's fur, she let the arrow loose. ((Aimed Shot)).

Myriana and Swift - Burning Steppes

A wave of fire burst from the fox, towards the oncoming orcs (Blastwave), igniting the dust that hadn't yet settled. Swift gave a yelp of pain as arrow got lodged in his hind leg. Myri ran near the fox and yanked the arrow out, healing him at the same time. Not seeing Tyrii, the hunter turned her attention back to the orc over head, firing an arrow lace with arcane energy overhead ((arcane shot)).

Nameless Orc Rogue - Burning Steppes

The rogue swore as Karzix caught sight of her. She moved quickly, trying to punch the other rogue in the kidneys before he could do anything ((kidney shot))

Decay - Elwynn

Decay dislodged herself from the druid, causing a deep tear in her arm. She ran over to Zaruuk, aiming a kick at the druid for good measure. She yelled a taunt in Scourge at Faron.
"Oy! Idiot!"

Karzix, Glix, Tyrii and Dragga - Burning Steppes

Tyrii's brief, victorious smile of having hit the odd fox disappeared once its master healed it. She frowned slightly as the draenei fired an arrow up at Vexrok, then coughed and raised an arm to her face to block the ignited dust form her eyes. She raised a hand to her lips and let out a low whistle. Dragga, who had been slinking around the group, pricked her ears up at the command. She pounced at Myri, teeth bared and snarling.

Karzix grabbed hold of his dagger's hilt and prepared to lash out at the rogue as she got close, realizing too late what she was aiming for. He let out cry as her fist connected with his side, curling inward slightly at the pain and gritting his teeth together. Glix's brow furrowed at seeing her companion take the hit. She cast a quick glance at the orc warriors before taking a few steps backward, firing small, quick bolts of frost at the orc rogue as she went. ((Ice Lance))

Korwen - Burning Steppes

WIth a "WAUGH!" the Rogue fell, rolling down the slope. He got up, lunging after Karzix.

Faron, Tirrae and Batlek, Cultist Camp

Faron was fairly badly cut up from Decay's previous attacks and his movement wasn't at its quickest. He failed to dodge the ball of ice and fire, and the force of it threw him back. Vallrok's hands glowed green as he healed the wolf, lifting his crossbow at the same time to send a flurry of bolts towards Decay. ((Rapid Fire))

Tirrae wrapped her tail protectively around Azunara, nudging her to see if her Druid was okay.

The shadows around Batlek receded as he stood, pulling into his body to show only via his now glowing blackish-purple eyes and darkened skin. He looked around the camp, then slowly exited the pentacle, heading towards the sound of fighting.

Decay - Elwynn

Decay swore as she got pierced by the arrows, falling down. Stupid wolf. She got up, focused her powers and flashed out her ice, getting back to running to Zaruuk. ((Hungering Cold))
